I bought my storage base and I asked for settlement to be on the 26th November and I paid it same day. And they are telling me I still owe because to them it only appeared on the 28th and I had to remove my salary on my bank and I am still Debited making my account to be on minus with almost daily bank charges and I am gatvol..I keep calling and I am sending back and forth and asked over and over to send proof of payment and proof of settlement letter with the date agreement of settlement 0734840702

Very hurt and disappointed at meridian under curro holdings at Cosmo city for Terminating the contract for my grade 11 daughter even if I have made arrangements and have always paid before year end but last year had a lot of court to attend to and couldn't pay on time.how is my daughter going to recover or catch up I'm very disappointed what Christian school is this with no Mercy and taking away my child's right to education is Money that important
Bed delivered but no order made by the customer. can you please fetch your bed as i did not order the bed. it was delivered on 2nd of December 2022.made phone calls but no one is fetching the bed and its raining with lots of visitors we don't have space to put the bed...urgently come fetch the bed
Home choice delivery a bed on the 2/12/2022 when my mom was in the hospital and she asked me to call them to come pick the bed up as she did not put any orders but Homechoice is refusing to hear me out because i am not the account holder ...its now raining and the is no space for the bed...my question is the policy more important than their own stock 🤔 as we about to put it outside if it is not collected by tomorrow and we have send the photos on the watsup phone.
Absa responded to hello Peter pretended to be helpful but in reality they just copy and paste what was said before for nearly a year so hello Peter did not help the matter as they do not follow up on the outcome.i wish they had a follow up program in place so companies would not just respond positively in hellopeter screen but actually do right but their clients,my mom un educated mom who was told verbally on what she is covered for and had been paying for over 26 years was not helpful her ceiling still remains open and she ended up canceling the policy and absa was too happy to get rid of her as they close her policy within a week of her saying she wil rather stop since they are not helping her..meaning all this time she was not a valid client and no one concidered that she can't read or write English but continued paying the insurance after her husband passing and they told her verbally on what they will cover including when the damaged coursed by the rain which was the case with her...no mercy at all with absa its because they know no one will do a follow-up after they respond with a positive response to say they will look into her complaint .she is still not sure of what ever other policies she is paying for will actually be what they told her as she can't read or write and we are just learning through her bad treatment and experiences that its important to know how to read but she is old now and they let her pay all this years .i don't like that absa took my mom for granted even after ex gratia they still coppied and paste no mercy at all and they got away with it
Good Day I have desperately been trying to help my mother claim from an absa insurance policy for a ceiling that fell on my younger brother while he was sleeping during a very windy stormy weather that took place in January 2021. Absa has rejected stating that she needed to maintain the roof. The roof has always been taken care of to the best of our ability.I have pleaded with them and have exhausted all my resources trying to get this insurance claim paid out. I have seeked help from the brokers who seem to have understood how disappointed my mother has been and the pain and suffering this incident has caused on my mother (physically and emotionally) and they even promised to sit down and explain to her in her language. Since she took over paying the insurance after my fathers death in 2000 no one explained the the claws except to advice her to continue paying as they will help her for the gyser and if the there is any damage coursed by rain This is such an unfortunate event and really disturbing at the lack of help that Absa gives considering we have been paying a policy that should be assisting. When my mom took over the policy the person that got her to continue did not speak to her in her native tongue coupled with the fact that she is illiterate, it is obvious that Absa will steal and take from poor and disadvantaged. This is absolutely disgusting that she has had a policy for 20 years, she is a widow, she lacks education, she has not been given an explanation on the policy and yet Absa does not care at all. Please can someone help us. She currently has an open roof and does not have any finances to repair it. She has not missed a single payment on that policy. She has spent an exponential amount of money on medical bills due to the fact that she has been getting sick from the opened roof and the psychological trauma of insecurity from theft and someone harming her. It is a huge risk to her safety and her health. We don’t know where to turn to! she has even resorted to cancelling the policy as its no use to her. I am very disappointed and disgusted with Absa.
Absa rejected my moms claim who has been paying for more than 20 years..pointing out the claws that she needed to mantainance the roofing for them to cover her and pay the claim...my Zulu speaking mother is very confused and dissapointed and feels bad and embarrased and ashamed for not being afforded to go to school by her grandparents back then now that she feels it is used against her to reject the claim.Absa failed to explain their product to her years back and has never since asked if she understood what she wil be paying for .she has writen a letter in zulu explaining how she was told to sign and agree to continue paying for insurance after her husband passed on and 20 more years later absa refused to pay for her roofing and she doesn't understand what was the point of paying all this years and also why no one bothered to explain to her the claws as she clearly never been to school and her kids were still very young to understand the emails that were sent when she was claiming for a gyser to her youngest son Mpandenhle who is staying with her and helped her make calls for claiming as she coudint speak the language to report the claim also it was not the son's duty to explain the product her mother has been paying for all this years and Oscarine Mkize has not been helpful and has a very bad attitude and not responding to the emails she only does copy and paste and re-sends the claws for rejection of the claim i am not going to rest until my poor mother has been helped and also will appreciate to have someone from absa explaining to her from now onwards as to what is she paying for after they come and expect the house and if they fail to do so i wil report go to SKHIPHA AMAFILES OR ANY OTHER MEANS to help my mother i will even make time to come and sit in the branch with her with the news people until she gets helped..i am only resolving to threats and noise because as her daughter i am sick and tired of absa for responding with copy and paste not dealing with her case individual like she derseves and i am tired of writing on her behalf and getting the same response.I feel if you are not educated and have no husband to speak on your behalf you are mistreated and no one takes time explain what the product will not be paying for.what makes her more heart broken was the people who were sent to check the damage they asked her in her language mama where else is it damaged in your house ..let us take photos everywhere in the house so absa can fix everything that was just raising her expectations for nothing and making her look like a fool when the same photos are now used to show how her the rusty areas prooving that the house is old on top of the roof when it is clear that where the damage is was courses by stormy weather that was on going for weeks in January this year .i am realy getting exhausted with this big Company like absa not taking responsibility and and making sure their product is well understood especially since we have 11 official langauges in south Africa...where must the uneducated go to to have their house or anything ensure.what does one have to do when a bread winner passes on while helping south africa to be a beter place ...she clearly had never dealt with anything including ensuring anything in her life to know how it works in her life prio to her husband death been shot infront of her expect raising kids and doing gardening to help her kids grow and laying low in Natal as a good wife of the ANC member who waa always busy and hardly went home to Natal .This should teach absa to cater for all african language's before taking money from poor citizens who are only told the good part about how they will get helped and no explanation what so ever on what they will not be paying for after soo many years.my father was the founder 1st president of Nehawu and he fought for humans rights and he will turn in his grave if absa continues not attending my mothers roofing.if absa fails to process the claim please refund my mother of all her premiums and she will fix her house and apply for another ensurance that will take her lack of knowledge into concideration and be kind enough to explain to her professional as it is done in court to make sure she gets what absa offers and doesn't offer.
Ombudsman is failing to help an old uneducated woman to win her case against her insure,even though we have stated that no one explained to her after she took over from my father on what us expected of her she was advised by absa to continue paying so they can help her fix her house in time of need and when she needs them they want her to read the claws ..my question is how is she supposed to know whay she is paying for when not even one letter was sent to her and i as her daughter would have read it to her like all other letters on what is expected of her.Absa is allowing Mr Henni to continue taking money form people who have no idea what they are paying for this is very sad....the roof was clearly damaged by the storm and continuous rain and the ceiling fell what more do they want us to say to cover or payup to my mother who has been paying for more than 30 years without claiming for the roof ...I WILL NOT REST UNTIL ABSA PAYS FOR MY MOMS ROOFING...IWILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES INCLUDING MEDIA ....AS it is when we speak to my mom we use voice notes to make sure she hears or understand the message across what did absa do to make sure she understood the contract as she did not go to school
