Had to log this under health as their Vitality does not exist on HelloPeter and no feedback on any of the reviews. I added my dependants on the medical aid and this looks to have affected my Vitality as well . No information on Vitality was supp**** when this was implemented. Discovery 'auto' opted in my 2x dependants on Vitality upon activating their medical aid .There was no information whatsoever on the form that I signed and completed stating the activation will affect my Vitality premiums . They have now later sent me (after enquiry) some bunch of t's & c's which were not supp**** when needed . My kids are 8 & 4 ,they don't need Vitality .I am the only person that needs and uses it . They also state that Vitality is optional to opt in for ,how is this optional? We are literally being forced to take up vitality for the kids for them to watch 'free' movies which is about the only benefit on Vitality kids (which I don't need)

Sigh.......I'm getting frustrated with Virgin Active ,honestly this is becoming a massive issue and the fact that you guys have access to my bank account is making things even worse. Someone needs to sort this out ASAP. So I cancelled my membership with VA and negotiated a 3 months cancellation fee .So last month ,R760 was deducted instead of the amount being deducted only this month.I reversed the debit order which sorted things out from my end. I got a call from someone from retentions during the course of the month to offer me a freeze which we opted for because it made financial sense to us at the moment .We were told 20% will be deducted for the duration of the freeze(R152) but guess what ,a deduction of R269.67 and a further R760 was also deducted. This is getting exhausting now. Reversing debit orders does not come free of charge and you will give me a bad name by debiting amounts that are unauthorised and not as per our agreement. I have all the agreements in writing which none were kept ,at this stage I feel like I dont even have to [pay for the cancellation fee because of all this mishap
We have been without electricity since Thursday in the afternoon at Windsor and surrounding areas and the updates we have been getting from City Power are nothing close to the truth.They made us believe that there was a team that has been working there since the outage which is all lies as people have been driving to the substation and they are not seeing anyone.Some of us have kids and imagine 36+ hours with no electricity,everything in my freezer has defrosted and my meat gone off,please restore power😔
I had a great experience from shopping at Westpack Express Northcliff ,I go every now and then but when I was there last weekend I received exceptional service from Kelvin .I was shopping with my 2 kids and he could see I needed help and he assisted me by helping me with the products I was purchasing from the store from shelf to counter to even help taking it to the car ,we need more people like him. He is a keeper ,I hope you guys realise it.

F***** scam artists.See how there is no response from the company for all the complaints logged?The positive responses are from Tinashe Munaponda,Lawrence and whoever else is running the fake company. I have been blocked on all of their social media platforms after they left us hanging for our year end party in 2019.Pathetic!!Hope Corona ****ed your fake business. Be warned,do not book with this company,they will not take you there!
Sad to write this review when this has always been a trusted store for me and even have an account with you guys.So I bought a phone for my young sister yesterday and since there are no display(demo) phones to go through at the store,one of the consultants(pity she cant remember her name but can definitely point her out) she asked help from advised her that she can get the phone and if she is not happy with it ,she can return it in 7 days.She came home with the phone,tested and trialed it and was disatisfied with functionality of the phone,it freezes and just does not respond well to command!Still gave it a try over the next hours and finally decided to return it to Ackermans Cresta(where we bought the phone) a day after purchase(today as I'm typing this)and was told that she cannot return the phone,the person that told her misinformed her....Excuse my french but whose problem is it that you dont train your staff to say the right things to customers?or provide the correct information.I paid for a phone that does not function correctly and just not satisfied with the phone and I'm forced to have it?I was willing to exchange the phone for another one even if the price was higher that what we paid but right now all I ask for is a refund!!Pathectic service from Cresta branch for a loyal customer like me.
Okay so all I want is my pension fund money paid out,it's not a lot of money but it's mine and I want it paid out ASAP!When I resigned from my previous company,I was advised that it will take up to 6 weeks for the money to be paid out.Guess what?I'm still waiting for it. So I make a phone call to follow up on my payment and they tell me they first need to move the funds over to my previous company new administrator according to 'section 13'.So are you telling me that in the last 6 weeks there is nothing you have done with regards to movement of my funds?My money is still sitting with you guys when I requested for it to be paid out! It's either you pay me directly or move the funds over to Discovery so I can get my money.I'm honestly tired of the constant phone calls I have been making.From what I can remember,my previous company changed administrators at the beginning of 2019 already but my money is still sitting with you.I can't even be given SLA of when the money will be moved,so lets say after 2 more months,my money is moved to Discovery,then I have to wait another 6 weeks for the money to be paid out? Really guys,just pay me already!I just want my money
So my study material was dispatched on 10/02/18 from UNISA and up to this day I have not received anything from DSV.I have tracked my parcel of cause and phone DSV and they keep sending me sms's everyday saying that my delivery is scheduled for delivery today,which is now the 10nth day receiving these sms's but no delivery.Quite fed up really and and I have assignments due very soon.POOR SERVICE!!!
