I haven't even entered the apartment i have paid for but the property agent Sbu is MIA. I am standing outside the apartment stranded with my belongings.
Horrible service received from Sanlan, because I'm an Elderly Person. Policy commenced in 2019 for some reasons they haven't deducted the amount for the past three months. Upon making an enquiry at their offices I was just informed they cant assist I must commence afresh, how? When Sanlam are the ones who didn't deduct. I asked them to show me proof that they tried to deduct and debit order failed however they can't. Is it bacause I'm an elderly pension and I can't fight for my right. I mean my deductions have been going off since 2019 without fail. Should I just accept I have lost my years premiums? Utter disregard for Clients.
Horrible service received at Debonairs Eyethu Mall. I went there to buy the R169 special currently running pizza and drink. I was coldly told they have ran out the cold drinks and I cant take a rain check for them. Why run a special if you can keep the end of the deal. Totally disappointed. Youve lost a customer and I'm going to spread the word.
I have received the most pathetic service from the Uber. Apparently the network signal was bad the driver couldn't issue me a receipt therefore I would heve to rely on my app for receipts of my travel because I had to claim work. Uber offices couldn't assist in connecting me with driver totally no regards for customer service now I have to fork 300 out of my pocket
Absolutely no regards for Client, was on an accident on 13 June 2018 the vehicle although still drivable was towed on the scene (was told it is company policy that all vehicles should be towed just in case the damage is far more than what's visible), I had to use the car rental whilst waiting for First For Women to approve my claim after waiting 11 days for them to approve claim. It took another 4 days for the vehicle to reach the panel beaters The repairer informs they are allowed 30 days to fix the car and still today I'm told all the parts have arrived, nothing done on the vehicle as yet. Fast Forward my problem is the car rental 30 day period expired. whose fault is it that there are timelines in fact everyone has timelines besides me as if I asked to be involved in an accident. I should as well put a deadline on the fixing of my vehicle. but its fine ill take better informed decisions when choosing an insurance provider next time. Regretting why I got a loan FNB, paid them up now I have to wait 45 days for them to clear me. In the meantime my life is on the standstill.
Paid Up my loan now I have to wait 45 days for my Paid Up Loan Letter. How rich!! So my life must just hang in balance while FNB is sorting out their administration for 45 days??? I mean my payment is reflecting on your side, why 45 days???
