Stressful and Disappointing Experience with AIV Property Specialists
If you value peace of mind, avoid properties managed by AIV Property Specialists at all costs. Dealing with them has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Their communication is consistently poor, and they show no empathy or passion for their work. It feels like they have no genuine interest in resolving issues or supporting their clients. One individual, in particular, Veronica, stands out for all the wrong reasons. Her approach reflects the worst of what the company has to offer: unhelpfulness and a lack of professionalism. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for property management services.

Reliable Store is not so Reliable!
I made an order of Stylus Pens on the 5th of July, to date I have not received my order. I call them everyday to follow up on the order and I get told one and the same thing that it's on it's way or it's being dispatched. Everytime I am sent a tracking number and when I try to track there is no movement in the shipment. I spoke to almost every one that company, spoke to almost everyone in that company, none of them are helpfull, spoke to Zandile Mnyende,Primrose M, Nandi Mthongo, Ronald Marelive, Sello, none of them is helpful.

Goods not recevived
Honeslt if I could give them zero stars, I would. Turns out the so called Reliable Store, is not so reliable after all!!! I ordered 40 Pieces Stylus Pens, order number 63807 on the 5th of July 2023. After endless follow up emails and calls, to date I have not received my order, almost 2 months later. The worts is when they do not communicate to advise what the hold up is, or give false promises when one calls on expected date of delivery. If you want peace of mind, never buy from this store. It was my 1st time and sure is my last. Never again will I use them.

Bad After Sales Support
I am having a very bad experience with Barestep. 1st it was the initial sale that took forever to arrive, now I'm struggling to get a mere exchange concluded. I needed to exchange the shoe size, I logged a call for an exchange on the 26th of April, it's the 8th of June now, the wrong size has still not been collected. Even after I offered to drop of the shoes at their premises. The purchase was made in March, to date I have not had the pleasure of experiencing the shoe. I can't wait until I am done dealing with them. Barestep's service is sad and frustrating, especially when one is used to excellent service from companies like Takealot who offer super efficient after purchase assistance.

Stay away from Barestep
I wish I had read these reviews before buying from these ****bags. Order placed on the 18th of March, a month later after daily communicating with them & them responsiding with what seems like automated emails, I still have not received my order. Very sad indeed what these people do to us 😕.

Happy Customer
They should change the name from Amazon to Amazing. I was blown away at how user friendly and easy to navigate the online purchasing is. From updating my account info to payment. You get your order number instantly and are able to track the status of the order right up until delivery. I made an order on August 9, 202, I expected delivery on the 9th of September but it was delivered way earlier than that. I received the product the following week on August 19, 2021. To think I was a bit skeptical about delivery time as I am in South Africa. I am a satisfied customer.

Product not received and poor communication
<div>I placed an order on the 28th of April 2021, order number 20499. They said delivery is within 20 days. I sent a follow up email on May the 18, and the response was that the ETA for the stock is the second week of July. July the 22, I followed up again, from that day onwards, I was sending follow up emails on a daily basis, also requesting a refund if they can't deliver, and I have been getting what seems like the same automated responses from the likes of ***, **** and ****, all saying that they will revert back to me. But they never do. </div>

PC Link Computers is a SCAM!
PC Link Computers is a SCAM! I wish I had the read all the reviews on here before ordering from this service provider, because clearly all the negative reviews I am reading about, I am experiencing. I made an order in April. The 1st red flag was when I did not get communication to track my order. 3 months later, after numerous emails, no product! They responded once to my follow up email. And now they have gone dead quiet.

No communication for account being in arrears
Bodylab suddenly hands over my little brother's account to the lawyers without any notice. As far as my brother is concerned, he was up to date with his payments. Suddenly baam, an sms on 23 Feb 2018 from the lawyers about a payment for Feb 2017. So the entire 2017 he was going in & out of the gym and no issues. And how ironic is it that he would decide to pay for all these months and choose to skip this one. Body lab is very unprofessional, stay away from them if you don't want unnecessary stresses and blacklisting.
