Never book an overseas airfare via TRAVELSTART! They are understaffed and technically incapable of responding when you require urgent assistance to bring a flight forward under extenuating circumstances. With their 48 hour response time mentioned online, and failing to answer the Cape Town landline on a Friday afternoon during office hours SA time , in reality zero online response in my case, and When it costs R37000 to reach an Australian destination, with travel-start’s failure to even acknowledge your online form being filled in, you will then need to book a separate return flight, at additional cost. Travelstart are not fit to be handling your costly international travel itineraries, stick to a travel agent. Treat this as sound advice by your fellow South African who has been shortchanged.

In any event, I wish to compliment Nadine for her kind attention and how she explained the process going forward via the High Court to me. I wish to thank conciliator Sizamkele Jilalj, , Siboniso Mnikathi , adjudicator Malusi and many others for all their patience and efforts during all my matters against my Body Corporate. Remember that once this process is complete, then an applicant may approach High Court to ventilate matters beyond the powers of CSOS. All in all CSOS conciliate and issue orders only for matters covered under the STSMA, and we cannot be upset if our matters go unresolved via this process. All in all, CSOS comprises a team of qualified, capable and professional individuals who will actually give you time of day. In my absence, my visiting family member (older brother) accidentally left a bath to overflow and damage the laminated flooring of MY house, and Standard bank have repudiated my claim to explain that this incident will not be insured. Now I have rotten damaged floors, complaint has already been elevated, no repudiation letter has followed either. Take note, I will cancel my insurance, repair my place and sue Standard bank insure for not considering me as a client in need. Insurance is for accidents! Which part of this is unclear?
Hi there. Where do I get the physical address of webafrica Network (Pty ) Ltd in order that I may serve them with a Summons? The absence of an actual recorded physical address already speaks volumes about their virtually non existent customer care, um, thats unless you are happy to chat with a virtual bot who can only answer specific programmed automated subjects. I am taking legal action against them for a refund, as I have been paying for a one gig line since October 2021 to May 2023, yet they somehow purged me to a 100 meg line for over 18 months, and even with the 100 meg line, we had intermittent cuts down to 1 meg or even less. It remains impossible to chat to any person if the subject matter falls out of the scope of the options selected on the chat bot whatsapp service. So basically they have been charging me for a service they failed to provide, and I intend suing for an applicable refund. I have since replaced Webafrica with our trusted AFRIHOST service provider (who actually employ human beings to attend to customer care.). Fortunately, The consumer protection act affords us the opportunity to ensure that we actually receive what we pay for, but I just need an address.
