What moved me most was their patience and compassion. When I was too nervous to give Kiara her pills, they welcomed us daily without hesitation, guiding me until I felt confident. Their expertise and genuine care were evident in every interaction—not just with Kiara, but with me, a stressed-out pet parent. The entire staff at Lyttleton Animal Hospital became like family over those 3 intense months. Their dedication, from the front desk to the vets, made an unbearable situation manageable. Will try to make this as short as possible. I wrote off my vehicle in December 2023 and when looking for a new vehicle EVERY SINGLE dealer I visited told me there are problems with my affordability but this was because the car i wrote off was still reflecting on my credit profile, to say I was fed up after 3 weeks of phoning and looking for solutions would be a understatement. My supervisor at work then advised me to try Mit-Mak Motors.. I called and the receptionist told me a salesperson will get be back to me. Within 5 minutes I got a WhatsApp with a Video of the salesperson introducing himself... while watching this video he called me and asked me what my needs are for a car etc etc.... I sent him all my details like license, bank statements, paid up letter from my previous cars etc etc… I didn't have much faith at this point as I have been down this road at least 20 times in the last 18 days... The salesperson (Hendry - who is a LEGEND by the way) told me he will get back to me... the next morning at 08:44 he sent me a WhatsApp congratulating me on my new vehicle... the F&I Tercia Hughes (amazing LADY!!!!) called me explained the next steps and I promise you by 12:42 I signed my finance contract and EVERYTHING was sorted!!!! Mit-Mak Motors took 12 hours to do what 17 other dealers couldn't do - I was amazed and shocked at the same time... I have NEVER experienced this level of service anywhere... ever... They go the extra mile BIG TIME!!! They delivered the vehicle to me within 3 days and I am VERY HAPPY with the car! Just waiting for my License and Reg but that will be sorted in the next day or so :) I will recommend this company to anyone looking for a car! Even if you think your situation is bad because other dealers or banks told you so... they find a way to make you happy - they want business! They are hungry for business and always happy to help! THANKS HENDRY for your incredible service... its a pity I can only give 5 stars are you deserve at least 100 stars!!! Cant see myself going anywhere else from here on in!
Great experience!! Got some furniture on LAY-BY in January and kept on sending POP's during the month. I called this week t discuss final payment and they knew exactly how much I paid and how much was outstanding. They request that we give one months notice so that the Furniture can be ordered so when final payment has been made its ready to be delivered. I forgot about this but they took care of ordering the furniture. Really a GEM furniture store in Centurion... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... They always have specials and have really AMAZING stock
If i could i would have rated them -1 , I ordered a product online and RAM so happened to be the couriers... I then realised I mixed up the delivery and invoice address. I then emailed the company using RAM and they fixed the issue within 10 minutes - This was Monday 29 May 2023... The same they said they did not get the change of address and I then went on to change it online with my tracking number... - this was corrected. RAM then went onto say they need approval from the company who is sending the product... thats all good. This then gets approved... They say delivery will happen on Wednesday 31 May 2023... I call on Wednesday to confirm that delivery will indeed take place and got told no its only going to happen on Thursday (today) 01 June 2023. Thursday comes and I call to confirm delivery at about 15:30 in the afternoon... they then told me that the new address (which i changed on Monday) only got approved today.... On Wednesday afternoon at about 16h45 a delivery apparently occurred at the new address.. i was not informed about this and was not available at my work address... How can I delivery happen on a address thats not been approved yet? RAM Hand to Hand couriers are a complete frustration to work with, maybe they got too big and started becoming arrogant.... I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!!! They give businesses a bad bad name, because of them i wont make use of the online shop i love buying from....
So i recently started vaping and got the disposables and I have to say i am very happy with this product... tastes awesome!!! I then went to the vusego site and purchased a starter pack. I made a mistake by mixing up my delivery and invoice address... I then notified VUSEGO Customer care and they sorted it out within 10 minutes. The gentle who helped me is Sabastian and his a absolute GEM of a customer service person. The problem I have it that RAM is messing up the delivery.... they keep on telling me that the delivery is for the next day... they even told me today that the new address (which I changed 4 days ago) only got approved this afternoon BUT they then showed up at the new address yesterday... not sure how that makes sense! Anyway VUSE.COM is amazing with great staff... its just RAM Couriers letting them down.
I called Budget to get my home and portable items insurance to start asap. Kerryn Singh checked the policy and helped me the correct amount and not a penny more. He updated my policy. The questions i had he explained so patiently and made it make sense to me. He then also sold me on building cover which i never thought was so important! I've been with Budget for 2 or 3 months and everytime i call the service is amazing! Todays service from Kerryn Singh was no different! He was amazing!! Thanks for your amazing service sir!!
