We Recently visited Cell C Ermelo for an upgrade. Upon entering the store, the staff was on their phones did not pay attention to anyone walking in. We then proceeded to ask for Emeldah who was excellent in assisting us. We wanted to upgrade on the Elevate 1 but was denied upgrading to this deal as their Area Manager & Franchisee Grant Flinders forbid them to sell this package. Why are these deals advertised if a client does not get the option to upgrade to it?? The Store manager was rude, did not wear his name Bage so I could not get his name. Maybe they can get training on how to treat clients
This is no one of the worst dealers I have ever come to light, apart from the F&I Karolien that went the extra mile the rest is partually no to great. We recently appliedfor a vechile that was on the Sales floor, after a few considerations we decided to go with something else. Where by the dealer had to search for a vechile that was in our price range. After a month without any luck, I MYSELF the client's fiance found a vechicle at a price that fits our pocket, I went to Morgan Nissan Ermelo to find out if they would be able to purchache the vechile for us from the other dealership. As they could not find a vechile for us in the Morgan Group. I got the vechile for R279900, but Morgan Nissan Ermelo added an extra R10k to the purchase price that was financed To top it off the dealership where we got the Car from also sent me a gift with the car, he bigger joke is that the staff from Morgan Nissan Ermelo stole some of the gifts inside. But it looks like a habbit of stealing from customers from this dealership
I recantly visited Jet Highveld Mall to buy my disabled daughter shoes, she was born with a birth defect that left her one feet without toes. This means that her feet are not the same size. I have asked the Manager Lazarus at Highveld Mall witbank if he can assist me with 2 diffrent size shoes. He refused to help me. He then said that I should purchase both pairs. Then I can return the odd sizes later and they can refund me. As I went back to the store to return the odd sizes as instructed by the store manager he refused to take the shoes back. He was refusing to give me his name and Surname. None of the staff was even wearing a name badge. He made discramanated remarks about my daughters foot that had no toes and it is not his problem. In the consumer act there is no law that say I have to buy a pair that is the same size My child has one foot that is a size 5 and one a size 7. Prevouis store managers had accomadted me with the shoes. This rude store manager is discrimanating against a poor little girl that just needs a pair of shoes.
Absolutely Scammers!! 2 times incorrect order. Still items missing now struggling to get the refund!! STAY AWAY they Thieves!!!
Dear Carte Blanche, can you maybe do an follow up article on the South African Scammers Benna Bok?? They are still scamming people while there is thousands that is waiting for their products and refunds!! They need to be stopped in some way!! They are Thiefs! Stealing on a daily basis! They need to be stopped!!!

After 14months I am still waiting!! Di not by anything from Benna Bok!! You will never see you products or your money ever agian!! They keep replying with the auto mail but nothing further will happen!! Thiefs!! They are still scamming people!

Voor ek til toe is vra ek 1 van die mense daar is dit die regte prys vir die goed wat ek het, ja sê hy die barkode op die speelgoed en die prys teen die rak is dieselfde. By die til gekom lui die dame die goed, ek sien die prys is nie reg nie (R229.99) , nee sê die dame dit sal reggemaak word dit is R99.00 So roep sy die ander dame wat kom en sê nee dis nie reg nie. Ek stry en sê nee dit is nie so nie. So kom die Bestuurder daar aan en sê hy sal my R30 afgee. Ek weier en sê soek dit vir R99.00 nee sê hy dis sy winkel en hy sal maak soos hy wil... Is this the way to treat customers???
