Sooooo frustrating.... housemate set up our internet with MWEB. 3 days no internet. I asked her to investigate. She tried phoning. After 40 minutes holding and airtime cut no joy. Then tried the website online chat. What a joke! No....I mean no response in hours! Then just drop your attempt. All members in household contributed to airtime this morning. Waited 74 minutes. No answer and house mate was late for work trying to get assistance. This is ridiculous. How can we contact you AND get help. It's now 3 full days....no internet. We have to buy bundles elsewhere. We also spent enormous amount on airtime. NOT a free number This is unacceptable. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wish it didn't come to this... but here we are! Bought a gas stove. Worked well, but within guarantee time, one plate stops working. Phoned installer. Installer says, phone Product Supplier: Delta Gas directly. Delta Gas came - fixed plate - left. One month later - plate dead. Phoned Delta Gas directly - Delta Gassays installer needs to fix.... -Wait for installer. Installer came to fix (let's put a stick into your plate's knob)... *@#@#@#* One month later, plate is dead - Phone installer - O, please phone supplier directly - Tell Delta Gas your problem - Phoned Delta Gas - we will come to fix, but don't do replacement. Delta Gas arrived - (outside the time agreed upon) - wanted to point out battery and gas - but all other plates work.....@$#@*.... Rep**** - we will replace knob for you..... 30minutes later - plate dead!!! No way!!! This is a faulty unit and needs replacement. Clearly no technician knows the fault. Delta Gas - please provide us with a solution.... Your service is below standard!!

Arranged for my one contract to be cancelled in due time = 30days Requested for one new installation to take place as well..... 35days later..... no new line and no substantial feedback on what they can do for me now.....sitting without internet and need to earn an income via internet. Had to pay immediate fee when I purchased new line - will see if they will refund that. Thought I will see them over... but over about 2years.... I always need to 'see them over'..... Guess 'grace' has left shop.... please people - don't use Axxess....!!!
This company was instructed by another company to collect items from me urgently. They assured the company they will do it. It is already 3days later! Please RAM, start acting to what you have promised.
Reviewed company a week ago. Got immediate call that states they are taking action immediately. Still...no action.
This company promoted a deal to me. I was hesitant at first. Consultant told me I have 'return policy of 14 days. Received device. Not satisfied. Phoned to return. Now they blame courier company. Courier company have not received any instructions to collect. The 14days are running out!
It is more than a month ago that I started having problems with my accounts. A consultants phoned me to upgrade my accounts. Turns out I have too much regret about this move. The closed old accounts but the brought forward balanced is much higher than balance closed on old accounts. I have e-mailed. I was 3hours inside a branch. I used app chat...... No simple answer. I really think of closing all my accounts at FNB
I am struggling more than a month to get service from Vodacom on a faulty device!!! Now they will send it in, but I need to wait 21 days!!!! Unacceptable service!
