Personal Loan Issue
FNB added money money on loan with the description PREPAID FACILITY CAPITAL TRANS, I phoned personal loans department 8 times and no one knows what it is or assisting in reversing the amount, this will work against me as it will make the interest charged to be high

I have been trying to cancel my expired Vodacom contract since the 15th of February
I have been trying to cancel my expired Vodacom contract since the 15th of February Every time I phone they tell me the previous guy didn't do a proper cancellation I have asked Vodacom to listen to my previous call and tell me if their agent didn't say my contract will be cancelled in April and last debit order will be in April I'm still waiting for the call

Incorrect billing and no help from Telkom call centre
Its been 2 weeks now no help, logged case number ********** 6 and after 72 hours was told there is not enough details on the case number and was told to log a new one, I logged a new case number ********** 0 after 5 days still its not resolved. spoke to Bongani Jonas who couldnt help me and told me to hold for the supervisor Charmain and I was on hold for an hour and the supervisor just refused to come to the phone.
