Just want to express my gratitude for the wonderful service that I receive from Vox. They are hands down, by far the best ISP in South Africa!! I have been a happy customer for around 2 years now and I though I would relish the opportunity to say thank you. I will always highly recommend Vox.

Terrible Service!! I have been trying to contact Debt Busters the last few days via E-mail and i have received no response although I received an E-mail back saying that a ticket has been created for me! I have queries on my balances within my accounts as some of my balances are now higher than what it was when i had joined! I someone to contact me back! I will take this further if i have to!
I wrote off my car on the 31st of January 2019. I took me about a month to submit all the needed paperwork. on the 11th march 2019 i submitted the last papers needed. I have been asking day in a day out for answers but receive the same answer all the time. "Should be done by the end of the week" or i just dont get any reply at all. apparently its with the senior assessor now. I would just like a honest answer on when my claim will be paid out to me as i have to buy a new car for work or lose my job! can anyone please give me a honest answer!
Teljoy debited extra money from my account without permission. I have been trying to get hold of them to get my money back. spoke to online services and put in "call me back request" but no answer. its been 2 weeks now. I applied for one of their specials and accepted the voice contract. when it came to delivery they said they had run out of stock and then gave me other stock that i applied for over the phone. it seems they debited me with "out of stock" bundle and the new appliances that i applied. I am very upset that no one has phoned me back to rectify this problem. I was always a happy teljoy customer until now. If someone does not help me and recify this problem within 2 days i will be cancelling all my teljoy accounts
I applied for a credit card on either the 12th or 17th February 2018. Today is the 20/03/2018. More than a month later i have received poor feedback regarding my credit card application. I applied online a bunch of times without any success and then went to Van Riebeeck Branch in Edenvale where i started my application. A young lady that works there helped me finalise and told me that my card would be delivered to me within 24-48 hours. 2 weeks later no response. So i called the credit card center to ask what was going on. They told me i have to sign a quotation at the branch (this information wasn't given told to me at my first visit to the branch). So I went back to the same young lady that helped me. I think her name as Phumela (Not 100% sure). I then signed the quotation and she told me once again that within 24-48hours they would phone me to deliver my card. 2 days past and on the 3rd day i phoned FNB again o find out where my card is. The operator said its still in process and could take up to 3-5 business days. Now today, more than a month later i phoned to here about my card. The operator told me that she would make my application urgent as FNB has failed to live up to what they promise. I needed my card before i leave on holiday on the 29/03/2018. FNB has failed at being responsive and effective in this regard. The service i got the branch and the false promises given to me from FNB's operators was shocking. I will have to make alternative plans now a other banks seeing as FNB could not deliver. IF you FNB would like to rectify this contact me TODAY!!!
