1. Spoke to a consultant a few days ago after i sent my previous insurance documents to your office for the 3rd time. Your consultants really need to pay closer attention to documentation they receive from clients I explained to the first consultant on the first email where the dates where over the phone and still I receive messages asking for the same documents. 2. Now after sending this the consultant advised me my premium is going to increase because of my previous claim with my previous insurance which if you listen to the recording i told the sales representative about the claim being for my vehicles tires that were ****** during covid. She understood and informed me my premium would be R600 pm i was happy with that and signed up to join with dotsure. Now my premium increases to R731. To someone who isn’t employed R131 is a lot of money. 3. I requested to speak to a manager and here i am still waiting. Now you have 3 options. Option 1 return my premium to what I signed up for immediately as i will not be held liable for your errors in quotation and we can continue with our current client/insurance provider relationship. Option 2 refund my funds i have paid over to your office including the R600 for the tracking device and I’ll courier you tracking device back to your office. Option 3 I contact the insurance ombudsman open a case with them and also open a ***** case with the saps and i speak to my lawyer I will wait to speak to a manager or i will direct this to your CEO
I would like yo recommend Megashift Logistics to anyone that need a moving company because their service is professional, friendly and they always keep you up to date even on weekends with regards to your goods. Their prices are extremely competitive with other logistics companies.
Expected a delivery to arrive on Monday 7-12-2020 from CourierIT only to find out after a huge struggle that it was handed to RWS, struggled for 2 more days to get ahold of them where they advised the package was out for delivery on 9-12-2020, needless to say I waited the whole day no delivery came. Struggled again on 10-12-2020 to get hold of them, where the have no clue what is going on with their deliveries, cannot get hold of their drivers and still have no idea when the package will be delivered but it’s apparently been with the driver for 2 days. How in GOD’s name does it take so long to deliver a simple package. How do you guys work with such bad service partners. Why was the delivery not completed on time as per you tracking info, sms’s and emails. Why was the delivery not done by CourierIT directly, even when i have had many packages delivered by you guys ( i get told they don’t deliver to my area ) i think that’s a bull**** excuse.

Had an incident where my sweepstar did not arrive, the staff at the office contacted me to find out if she was here, unfortunately she wasn’t. They tried to obtain a new sweepstar for me with urgency i have not seen before. They called again apologizing for the inconvenience they had caused but offered to me a rescheduled appointment at a discount or asked if i was willing to wait for the same day. I opted to reschedule. Excellent service that i have never see before even if it was my first time booking.
What on GOD's green earth is going on !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why the hell are you running debit orders when NO SALARIES have been paid in yet. No SMS or email stating that debit orders will be running and tracking early, come on guys. please ensure that tracking does not take place on Monday again.
Came to see a 20:45 movie at Eastgate brach, ended up standing at the order point for most of the movie as their order points weren’t working. Received no apologies or alternative way to order drinks. Utterly pathetic service.
