Do not ever use the company called Convenience Car Hire Johannesburg, they will give you excuses when it comes to giving you the security deposit back!!! The car was in a terrible condition and clearly not serviced. When we wanted to take off there was no petrol in the car we couldn't even leave, the owner had to bring a gallon from his garage and fill petrol just for us to get to a garage, the seats were soaking wet we had to go to the garage and buy plastics to sit on till it dried!!! "how pathetic"and when you want your money back he wants to tell you the car doesn't start and he must get mechanics to check the car. When we dropped the car off we waited outside his house for 20 minutes the owner was drunk and having a very loud conversation. Jonathan Tasker the owner is a ****mer and a **** when he first hired his Kia he said once we drop the car off our security deposit will be paid after 7 days but once the 7 days are complete he comes with a different story and tells you it takes weeks to get a report from the license department. I went to the license department to get information and I was told the plates on the car are not registered on the system. So please do not get caught up with this **** artist!!! He blocked me on whatsapp so I can't ask him for my money anymore his rude and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone he does want to even send me the contract that was signed!!!!
My family and I went to Wimpy Signet Terrace Lenasia and if there was a possibility to rate zero stars I probably would the food was terrible my burger patties tasted old my husband ordered Thrill the grill with pap and shebo as a side the pap was like porridge and the shebo was sour like it was taken from a can straight into the plate clearly wimpy isn't meant for grilled food or pap they should remove it from the menu because it was bad very bad. A lady which I assume was a manager came to our table asked if the food was good she was made aware that it wasn't nice and a full plate was sent back to the kitchen she just apologized and thought nothing of it she did not even make an effort to find out from the chef what went wrong. After our meal I needed to go to the ATM which is around the corner from the wimpy so my husband and kids stayed behind while I was at the ATM my three very young children needed to relieve themselves but wimpy has no toilet so we cannot let our three under 10 year olds go to a toilet in a shopping complex by themselves so my husband escorted them to the toilet as I returned from the ATM the entire staff was looking at me as if I'm a ***** I asked if my husband was there and if he paid because I went to the ATM the manager lady that couldn't talk when it came to the terrible food said no anyway I ended up paying because we had no intention of running away but if Wimpy had a toilet my husband wouldn't have to leave the restaurant they have a play area but no toilet which makes no sense where are little kids supposed to go? I'm just very disappointed I will never return to any wimpy for that matter R415 wasted on a ****py meal and my husband had to buy a hotdog after we left wimpy because he wasn't even offered a replacement meal even a bowl of chips would've helped but anyway wimpy you lost a customer.
Once again I am here to complain about the terrible service received from DSTV I laid a complaint on the 10th April 2021 and still my problem has not been solved, please cancel my order because your service is pathetic.
Honestly if there was an option to give zero stars I would, I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted in the service I have received from DSTV, I have been a customer for years and I wanted a new service price lock Explora installed into my home, I was called about 2 weeks ago to make the arrangements for the installation I received an sms with the tracking information and the date scheduled for the installation which was 08/04/2021 at 10:00 till today nothing I called the installer he told me he doesn't even have the decoder as yet, I called into the call center 3 times the 1st time I spoke to a guy called Themba he said he would escalate the matter and I would receive feedback still NOTHING I called again the lady said she will give my details to her manager and it would be forwarded to the price lock department again NO FEEDBACK I even sent my query on Facebook they told me the same thing they would forward my details to the price lock department once again NO FEEDBACK. I took a day off from work to be available for the installation which was confirmed by Dstv via sms and I'm so disgusted in this treatment if I knew this would be the service I would receive I wouldn't have waisted my time in the first place.
On the 30th July I wanted to change my billing date from the 2nd to the 15th of each month so I spoke to a consultant on Facebook the service was good my billing date was changed I was informed I would have to pay pro-rata for the extra days which I agreed was fine I would pay the extra amount my amount due was R398 the pro-rata amount was R167 so that made my amount due to R565 I had no problem paying that, on the 8th of July my account was suspended I had to pay R215 to activate my account and I have to pay R398 on the 15th of July as well when I contacted the consultant on Facebook he was so rude because I asked him why was I not informed that the pro-rata amount has to be paid within 24hrs after changing the billing date he got annoyed and replied to me in capital letters and refused to answer my question "why was I not informed that the pro-rata fee has to be paid within 24hrs?" I had to pay the R50 activation fee if the consultant had told me that the pro-rata fee must be paid within 24hrs I would have made the payment and avoided the reactivation fee. Next time please be more clear regarding services because I have been a DSTV customer for years now I deserve better service!!!!!
Had my hearing at the CCMA today for unfair dismissal the commissioner Coen Havenga was biased and refused to give me a fair hearing I wouldn't be surprised if he took a bribe from the employer, but that is the problem in this Country our systems are full of corrupt people the CCMA was supposed to be there to help us employees that are being mistreated by employers but instead they take bribes and the employer just gets to continue mistreating employees its a cycle and it will never end until our systems become honest and stand up for what is right.
I have received excellent service from my consultant Bradford Smith, he was attentive and answered all my questions very friendly made me feel extremely comfortable. Thank you
On Tuesday 20 March 2018 at 10:33 placed an online order, got a call back at 10;49 the lady said our order will arrive in 10 minutes considering that we are a walk away from steers. The driver came at 11;41 the food was cold and the chips were like rubber. The driver did not apologize used an excuse that he couldn't find the place ( keep in mind that we are a walk away). Your response will be highly appreciated.
