The staff members that I dealt with were very polite and went out of their way to assist. They were able to work around my schedule. I was very impressed by how quick, easy and efficient the service was. Well done.
I'm so disappointed in the service from this retailer. I bought shoes from the website (birkenstocksalesouthafrica.com) and was informed the shoes would be shipped from Chicago. The order was placed on 23/07/2023 and I was given a tracking number for the delivery. To date I've not received my order. I've sent more than 3 emails to the company which have not been answered. I would not recommend this company at all.
I've had really terrible service from this business. I've tried to contact them via email on three occasions regarding a package that was shipped from Chicago on 23/07/2023, which I still haven't received. They do NOT answer their emails and there is no telephone number on their website (https://spaceonexpress.com). I would not recommend this company.
I have been so impressed with the service from Momentum Insure. I've had to make 2 claims in the last 3 years and it has been a seamless process. The service advisors and especially the claims department is efficient, well- informed and empathetic. I wouldn't change my insurer even if you paid me to do so. Keep up the good work.
The reason I'm giving them 1 star is because zero stars is not an option. Just absolutely the most appalling service. I requested that my existing fibre line be migrated from my previous property to my current property. WebAfrica sent Metrofibre, a third party, to do the installation on 28/07/22. The fibre has never worked since. I have contacted them on many occasions via the whatsapp line, each time I've spoken to a different consultant and been told it was a different problem. After 20 days with internet I cancelled the service (just try this and see how difficult it is to even speak to someone in cancellations dept). I was informed that I would be liable for a further calender month's fee (R899) and a clawback fee of R1750 for early cancellation. They were not interested in the fact that I cancelled because of poor service. They also could not explain what they were charging me for, seeing as I had not internet access. I tried to use a different service provider, they require a document showing proof of cancellation. WebAfrica refused to provide that document until the end of the calender month. Seeing as I would be without internet for an even longer time I asked them to log a fault on the line. Today is day 51 without internet. I have been funding a family of 4's mobile data bill out of pocket and am still being billed for a service that is not working. I would not recommend WebAfrica to my worst enemy. They are very good at wasting time and money and tying you up in nonsense.
Very shoddy service. I ordered a medical appliance from a vendor who uses The Courier Guy. Deliver was no issue, but when they came to collect the parcel from me they mixed up the way bills and sent a box of noodles instead of the medical appliance to the vendor. The vendor contacted their office in Cape Town who advised her to contact me, the sender, regarding the mix up. I phoned their office in Cape Town and spoke to a lady called Rozan who asked me if I had taken a picture of the parcel before collection. I had not. This is not common practice. When I voiced my disapproval, she told me that all future communication would be between between client ( the vendor) and the company. The was no apology for the inconvenience. . After I was told, in no uncertain terms that all communication would be between their client and the company, I was phoned 3 times by the office in Howick, who asked me to describe the parcel and again asked if I had taken a picture of the parcel before collection. The parcel was eventually located a few days later and the vendor even asked The Courier Guy to apologize to me for the inconvenience they caused. They have not apologized to date. Over all, it was a bad experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They lack accountability and pass the buck. The fact that they didn't even have the decency to apologize for their mess up shows a lack of professionalism. I get it, mistakes happen, but as service provider, it is the duty of the company to own up for their mistakes and at very least apologize to the clients they have inconvenienced.
I ordered and paid for a treadmill from Gym Pro Fitness. The website (www.gymprofitness.co.za) and everything seemed really legit. I called and the person I spoke to said the treadmill would be delivered in 2 days. 3 days later and the number goes straight to voice-mail. The landline is not functional. They have not answered any of my emails, and the website is not working. I've now had to report to my bank and open case of fraud with SAPS.
I have never, in my life, had to endure such pathetic customer service. I had to take my car to Hugo's as it is the only Mercedes Benz approved panel beaters in Pietermaritzburg (why Merc would sully it's name with this Mickey Mouse panel shop is beyond me). The car needed to have the passenger side headlamp and front bumper replaced after a minor prang. I was assured by the staff that this would take no longer than 2 weeks. The car was returned to me yesterday after full payment was made by outsurance. The light is still not functional. They don't answer their phones. I was stranded outside my place of work for 3 hours in the dark before the car arrived. The manager ever had the gall to cut my call. The car spent over a month in their workshop and is still not repaired. Further to all this, I have noticed stone chips on my windscreen and the bumper has not even been painted properly. The company uses customers vehicles to drip their employees off at home. I can vouch for this because I was taken to Garden City Motors from Hugo's panel shop in a customers vehicle. My situation is still unresolved. I am driving a vehicle without a passenger headlamp and indicator after my insurance company paid Hugo's close to R32K in good faith. I hope that Mercedes Benz and Outsurance remove this pathetic excuse for a panel shop from their list of approved panel beaters.
