On Sunday my partner, cousin and I ordered two hot lamb bunny chows and one hot lamb curry and rice. The two curries did not resemble each other. My curry tasted like a tomatoe gravey and not a curry, it was horrible and there was barely any meat there was mostly fat and bones I was so disgusted. Some of the potatoes were not even cooked properly. The flavour of the lamb bunny was not nice and the meat was tough. We have noticed with many resturants that when one orders from Mr Delivery or uber eats the quality of food is not as good as customers are less likely to return the food. I was extremely dissapointed at the service. If I was an owner I would be horrified to find out my staff would be sending these meals off and take aways are more expensive. Never ordering from them again.
I purchased an order on the 29 November and immedliatly received a confirmation of the purchase and i got an email stating that I would be notified when my order has been shipped off. Today is the 3rd of December I had not received any communication from the store. I called Wanda and she informed me that there is a delay with orders and I was supposed to be notified. Hours later her employee messages me telling me there is a delay due to back orders and it can take 3 to 14 days to receive my order. I wish that they had made customers aware of the back orders on their site before customers ordered. If it takes 14 days to get my order and I have to send it back because the outfit does not fit that means the whole process can take over a month. If i had known this I could have purchased jeans else where. I understand that there can be delays but I am really not happy with the service as noone had contacted me to make me aware of the delay. I had to find out by calling.
I purchased an order on the 19 November which was the Friday the Monday I get a notification the order was being shipped out. I was supposed to get my parcel on Tuesday but then I got a call from a man by the name of Siyabonga in Noordwyk MIdrand telling me that the courier guy dropped off my paracel with him. I then contacted a lady on 061 700 7216 and informed her of what had happened. She advised me that she will call the courier company and get them to collect the parcel. Today is Friday, I have not had any communication from the lady and that cell phone number which is the main number has been off for the past two days. My parcel is still in Midrand. This is absolutely disgusting service. I understand that problem was not an error on their side but the manner thereafter with regards to solving the matter is pathetic and shocking. I was testing the site and was planning to shop more but after this incident I highly doubt I will. How can they put off their number for over two days?
I ordered a package from Zaanatropics and my package was supposed to have been delivered on Thursday. I am quite annoyed because I have been waiting for my order for the last three days. I tracked my status on Thursday and it said “attempt failed”. The courier company did not contact me. I have been at home this whole week. I am working from home. Yesterday I saw online that my parcel had been actioned at 11:53. At 15:40 I called the courier company to find out where my parcel was as it was actioned at 11:53 I also asked her if i would be able to give the driver a package as i need it to be sent to East London. She said she would call the driver to find out where he is and if i would be able to ship off my parcel yesterday. It did not need to be shipped off yesterday it could have been shipped off today but i needed the item to be sent to my mom. I did not receive any call back. Today I see that they put the same update “attempt failed”. Well how can it be failed if no one even contacted me or tried to deliver my parcel. Today I tried callig the company and i am not able to get through. Really pathetic and shocking service. Regards
I moved into the The Parks 1 June. I was welcomes by poor finishing touches, no bathroom mirror and dusty cupboards and floors and a ongoing major sewerage problem that has not been sorted out after the fourth request. There has been a leakage issue in the kitchen sink and in the spare bathroom. I was told the mirror would be installed by the Monday, it was installed on the Thursday. We had made numerous calls and sent emails to address the issue because our block was new we could not log a issue on the app. After 2 days some maintenance guys came and they did not fix the issue. For four days we had been calling trying to get some assistance. We had faeces coming out the pipe in our yard. We have a little puppy and this situation was very hazardous. Guys came here and once again pretended to fix the issue. Yesterday my partner called the office to inform them our toilet was not flushing and feces were surfacing. We were informed the maintenance team were on their way. Noone arrived. Today they came, they were busy in the yard but noone fixed the toilet. For the last hour and a half we have been trying to get the office to send a cleaner.. We were informed they are on the way. My partner went to the security and he was informed the cleaners leave at 4pm. My partner had spoken to Nonwabisa (I am not sure if the spelling is correct) at 15:43. She had informed him that the cleaners were on the way. After his return from security she calls him and had the audacity to say he called her after 4pm. I am not even surprised. Well thank goodness call log can verify the time of the call. I am disgusted and disappointed at the service we have received. I would not recommend anyone consider a place here if customer satisfaction and hygiene is of high importance to you

My partner and I have ordered food from them quite a lot of times and there is a lack of consistency. When we first started dining there we were impressed but as of tonight I am never going to order anything ever again. My partner an I decided to order from a Taste of punjab as we were moving and we would not have been able to make dinner. We are pescatarian and our options were limited. We ordered 2 sugar bean bunny chows. When I unwrapped the foil I noticed a2white objects in my meal. I took it out and it was maggots. I almost threw up. Maggots appear when something is rotten or spoiled. This makes me wonder if they are selling old stock caused from the lockdown. Before the lockdown began we had supper at the restaurant. My partner ordered paneer. This was my first time eating it. At first I enjoyed it but the last portion of the paneer tasted funny and had a funny texture. I told my patner "I thought that it was off", my partner told me that it was probably fine. He did not eat that portion. I found it odd that it had a different texture and a different taste. After witnessing 2 maggots in my bean bunny chow I am pretty sure that the paneer was actually gone off. I am sick to my stomach to think that they are serving food made up of rotten food items.
BEWARE SCAM!!!! I ordered items on Saturday and was told the order would be delivered in 3-4 dnt days. I did not receive any tracking number, no follow up unlike most e commerce companies. On day 2 i sent an email and asked when my order was going to be delivered because i had not received any follow up and that i was going to be moving in 4 days and I did not get any resonse. On day 3 i called to find out what is going on and the guy told me there has been a delay because of the virus but i will get it Thursday or Friday. Today is day4 and no response. They are not answering any of my calls on all of their contact numbers an the cell phone number provided is off
