Good day i rented a vehicle from future motor lease in 2022, however i did not even have the vehicle for 6 months, since i got the vehicle, first month engine light went on, vehicle was given back until fix, it,received it back again, engine light went on, three months after having the vehicle i got into an accident, which was very small, so they booked the vehicle in, for a whole month, technically i drove that vehicle all in all for 4 months only, thenboom due for a service, diagnostics showed so many problems on the vehicle resulting to cost of R12 000, i paid for the service, i paid access for insurance, after giving the vehicle back, i all of the sudden received a bill, in which i refuse tio pay, for a car i barely drove, with so many problems, my concern is, the lady in legal Karabo, first time she emailed me VERY rude, threatens me to pay it, POPI act, treatens me on whatsapp and i ended up blocking the number, on the 24t June i received another treat from Future Motor Lease, in which i feel im gone open a case they putting my life at risk like i stole the vehicle, treatens me, forcing me to unblock them on whatsapp, giving me an ultimate date, treaten to come to my place of employment, cosumer act how is that legal, the more i ask for a brreakdown as i did not have this vehicle long, i reported them once on ombusdman
I'm writing thsi I am highly frustrated where I am with the extremely poor service I'm getting from mweb, I app**** on the 25th September just for them to deliver the rout ee on the 14th October, open serve installed the router, since then I'm battling useless call centre, cuts the 22nd still not connected i must pay for something I'm not using i have spend 150 worth of airtime calling not getting through, I work until 4, i requested. A call 5 when I get home up until today I am not getting a call, sitting with a router that is either faulty and not working I spend 2 hours every day calling mweb from work, notl manthsi is so not on
I am utterly shock at the service i have been getting from future motor lease, i took out rent to own vehicle +/- 6 months paid deposit, did not miss one instalment, since i received this vehicle the engine light went on 3 times, the car went back three time if not more, i asked the mto fix all the provblems, radio, keys, everyitime i get the car back a new problem, andd i would advise them, never the less, had a minor accdient car went in for 3 weeks, panelbeating was not done properly, i advies them send pics they responded after aweek, i requested a report on what was done and advised them that this paint will ware of and the central locking looks like someone was busy with it, keys does not work properly, i ama clinet i have the right to address these issues, they are not happy, they send me a letter requesying me to sign and terminate the contract, their decission, making they own instead of resolving the issues, problem is if i dont brring up the issue if i do decide to cancel they will blame me, so they want to terminate what happens to all my monies i paid every month
Good day, i have taken out a personal loan with Nedbank, 3 years ago, then i lost my job so i could not afford to pay them back even with covid and loosing my job, i made payments arrangements and i paid little by little until i became unemployed, long story short my account was handed over to Maritz Schreus & Du Preez, lady Sanette Prinsloo emailed me, which i told her im nto working, long story short, not one phone call, and i came in th evening found a summons, scarttered throughout the complex, the sheriff never called, me i found one page, THIS IS A PERSONAL MATTER, i reside in a sectional title where people pass on a daily basis, the humiliation and embarrismnet, i have to face now, not following protocol, not a phone call, just left at the door papers laying all over the complex, and yesterday again a letter that was left at the door, i dont get phone calls, nothing to say i have a summons for you when are you available, these things get left, for the whole complex to see, this is not on, this is a private and personal matter, thats why it was called a PERSONAL LOAN, and now the whole complex knows my private situation, Its not the first im receiving a summons, i received one in 2021 from another company, in which the a sherrif called me and told me i have a summons that i need to serve when van i deliver it or when are you availble, not this what they doing exposing my personal life to a whole complex
i have rented a vehicle from Future motor lease, i have been in constant battle with them, this is the 03th month i have the ccar, with an engine light that went on twice, they came and brought me a renualt kwid as a courtesy car, bear in mind with was storming when they brought the car, they did not even do a check and just gave me the key, according to them they cehck it at depot, since i receive this kwid its gave me so much problem i hated the car and everyday i would complain that this vehicle looses power, never the less the body work of that vehicle was rotten, i emailed a fleet maanfet Warrick, i whatsapp him, i even told him this car looks like its been in an accident, the interior and exterior was so bad, dirty, smell like a machenic worked on it, i complained everyday i only drove that scar pto work and back, then the called me saying there is new scratches on the car, and the back, after i told them that this car is not right, one side feels like plastic like zink the car it scarp, then they send me an email to pay for repairs over a car that was brought to me like that, the current vehicle i even send pics of things that are broken in the car they are so profession, that car came back again not fix, even left side the rubbers are coming loose i was told they dont buy accident cars, the renaukr u have i told warrick guy also i can it was spray as the white spots i can how it was coming of, and i was there on the premises you sprays the cars there i saw with my own eyes,, the kwid e even came without a wheekl cao, and now i must pop out money for something i did not do, poor ppor service, all this could ahve been avoived if i was GIVEN A PROPER CAR
Good day i have been a teljoy customer, for a very long time, i have a problem with getting refunded on a payment, you debit my account, and i still made a payment, now im struggling to get my money back i mean really, so i must pay double for one month, The consultant that assisting me is not very helpful this is not acceotable

i tried to use my capitec card it kept saying declined, i went into the branch the lady check and it says account put on hold, she then however contacted the fraud department, and the only answer i got was your employee has put a hold on your account because you stole money from them, i asked i need more information and they sai =d they cant help, i was not eve advised of this matter, neither am i working for that employee anymore, so why are you putting a hold on my account without valid reasons
i have order a breakfast on the go thru mr delivery, the guy delivered my order incomplete, plus the egss i have ask eggs to be fried, the egg came half raw, everything laying around in the box as if it was thrown in plus incomplete order, this is unacceptable, I called mugg and bean they said i should speak to mr delivery, and i treid calling mr delivery and the phone does not work
