Last night 10.06.2022 i placed an order via the app and paid for it online. Money deducted from my bank account and order placed. At around 19.27 I see the order has been collected from the store and then within a second it was cancelled. I was unable to chat to the driver since the order was cancelled from his side. Next step I call the store and the lady says he had collected my order. She helps by giving me his details and I call. He answers I asked where my order is he cuts the call. I call again the call gets cut off. I call for the 3rd time and his number is off. I then call Mr D and speak to someone there who reorders my meal and expected delivery is now 20:44 I leave work at 21:00. When I ask for the drivers details she says she's looking and then ends the call. My order arrived at 20:30 I was grateful and had my very late supper. I WhatsApped the previous guy to ask for my order he reads my messages and blocks me. The new delivery guy made contact before he delivered. I don't understand why Bheki couldn't do the same. Very upset that my order was stolen because it was paid for. I doubt I'll pay for orders online again.
So last year October my 9 year old son found a piece of foil inside his chicken and mushroom mama's pie. I reported this to them on their Facebook page and was sent a letter with my complaint. I kept on following up and was just told that since I didnt keep.the packaging theres nothing they can do. Not even an apology or refund.
Great service just wish one could call at anytime.
I bought a Mimate tablet for my son in December from checkers hyper in forest hill. Not even a week later it fell and the screen cracked. I called checkers and was told to bring it in but the repair would cost just as much as a new tablet. I'm now sitting with a broken tablet and an upset child. There's no way to contact Mimate so I wasted R800 for something that worked for less them a week. Mind you the tablet comes with a cover to protect it and yet it still broke.
Bought a set of recliner couches from their branch in Nkomo mall. Firstly they delivered the wrong couches and then had transport issues but I paid for delivery. Not even 2 months later the single seater is broken and when I contacted the manager he just ignored my request.
So I bought a packet of Snack haven crisp only to find a feather in it will I was eating. I emailed the customer care but got no reply. I called and spoke to PrAvani who said she would take the matter up. Almost a month now and nothing.
So this company in connection with Get Bucks had debited my bank account 3 times in one month just after each salary date. I have no idea where this people got my account details from and why they decided to take my money. Bank charges of R91 accumulated and they just say apparently their client gave them my details. Be careful people are looking to make easy money. Going to close my account!
