I would strongly warned against doing any business with the school, the school owner and her other business SPL Communications/Xtensive ICT. They are thieves and do not pay accordingly. They avoid taking calls and avoid responsibility. BEWARE
Terrible service from Gideon. He made promises to provide us with a working bakkie. First bakkie we purchased had so many issues - gearbox, front seat broken, diff leaking, When confronting JAC with the issues we requested a refund. They refused. They admitted issues on the vehicle. On receiving the second vehicle. There were still issues. We had to drive our family from Johannesburg to Cape Town is a less than satisfying bakkie with a leaking canopy - all our goods got wet, our animals. The service is just appalling. We are still being denied a refund and would strongly recommend everyone stays away from this company and its brand.
SPL do not pay their suppliers and are thieves! Stay away from this company as they don't even have the audacity to respond to you. Terrible people. Their director Shadi Laka can't return an email or phone call. I shudder to think how much money she owes people.
We would strongly not recommend using them. They are extremely rude, do not reply and do not pay their supplier. STAY AWAY!
Ordered our christmas drinks from Onecart. No delivery since 1pm. They haven't answered my calls. Pathetic service. I would not recommend them !!!
I ordered my children’s winter clothes on the 3rd of May. Three weeks ago I received the last communication from Edgar’s stating the order was at their warehouse and I would receive a tracking number that week. Of course received nothing. I was patient as I understand the times. However I go online yesterday just to see that the order has been cancelled ??? No explanation , no refund no anything ??? This is unethical honestly as there are kids and babies , mine , with no clothes to wear. And no communication either. When I try call the call centre it just says call failed . At very least they should have called and offered store credit ?? Something?!?! My mom eventually got hold of them and they promised to call me back. Of course they didn’t Order number 2000106002
I am extremely disappointed in Fedhealth. After joining the medical aid a year or two back. We were initially so happy, I have even recommended them to two families, one of which signed up and one in process. In December I called the medical aid to increase the plan as we wanted to grow our family and I wanted to be sufficiently covered. Just to be told that our policy had been cancelled due to a missed payment. The fact that this was the first I was even hearing of it was already unacceptable ? Where was the cancellation letter? the phone calls the customer service? absolutely pathetic. I then decided to apply for a new policy and was assist by Bongani Phakathi. During this conversation I specifically told him we had already started trying for a baby would the pregnancy be covered if i was to fall pregnant? Yes but there would be a 3 month waiting period. Which I wasn't thrilled about considering I didn't even know we had a cancelled policy? Never the less I agreed to these terms on the 18th of December. I then had to follow up 3 to 4 times a week with the man as he didnt have the decency to keep us in the loop. They accepted the medical aid with a 12 months waiting period for anything related to my husbands back. I found out on the 9th of January that I was infact pregnant. Wonderful! Except now all of a sudden theres a 12 month waiting period on anything pregnancy related? THIS WAS DISCUSSED. I am extremely disappointed in Fedhealth. And considering the medical aid would have cost us R 5000.00 a month, you would think it would be in their best interest to cover us as the birth is no where near that costly. Very disappointed and will definitely not be using them ever again. Should also really look into their staff. Who are lazy and rude.
A few weeks ago our little Noodle was run over by a car. The staff were extremely sympathetic and helpful. Dr J Muller who saw our pup was an absolute star and helped us throughout the entire process. Noodle had to have surgery at a specialist but Dr Muller called us twice after the surgery to ensure she was on her way to recovery. She has been twice back due to stitches related issues and we were not charged. We were also not charged for half her stay. It is amazing to meet people now days who genuinely care about animals and not a quick buck. We are so thankful to Dr Muller and his team and would recommend them to anyone! All three my dogs will be seeing them in future! Stunning people and service! Lots of love Noodle and the Swanepoels
We have been insured with Discovery for over two years now. On the 19th of April our vehicle was involved in an accident which discovery advised was a write off. We then received a payout statement where discovery claimed, excess, "adjustments of R 5500.00" and no extra's were included in payout despite that specifically being stated on our policy. I queried this with them and they advised that the adjustments was for glue residue on the vehicle that had been left behind from a car wrap we had on. So Discovery is making us pay for glue on a vehicle that has been written off? at a value of R 5500.00 despite that not even being damage. This all makes absolutely no sense, why i am paying for repairs on a vehicle that can no longer be used? why was this not made clear when they sold me the policy? This is an extremely low blow from a company worth R 114 Billion. I then received an email from another department advising that my excess had been waived as the oppositions insurance had sorted it out from their side. later that day the claims department sent me a new statement stating R 2000.00 for adjustments (as if they had dropped the price for me) but my excess is still on the claim of R 3500.00. This lead me to ask if this was creative accounting , thinking i did not know my excess was waived? All extremely distasteful. A month later and I still have resolution on this matter, we still do not have the extra's added to the payout, there is still an excess on my statement and still adjustment fees for a car that has been written off. We have to pay insurance daily on discovery's "free" replacement vehicle and only have it for a month, this is costing our company money. I am extremely disappointed in this and will be changing my insurance company. I also would not recommend them to anyone and hope everyone else reads their policy's extremely carefully.
We had an amazing experience with ****s Van Heerden, particularly Shana Lottering. She answered every question despite how stupid the question may seem and more! She really went above and beyond for our family and made our experience such a pleasant one. She was always happy to help and extremely friendly. As soon as we had issues with the estate agency, ****s Van Heerden, got involved and ensured it was sorted out on our behalf. We would recommend this company and her to anyone looking for conveyancing attorneys.
