Wow! Wow! Wow! Right from the start I have had exceptional service. With Nomfundo keeping me updated with my order and then Quinton! With regards to Quinton, he is from the Cape Town branch, oh wow! Not only was he persistent in trying to contact me, although I was busy on the phone for quite a while. When he could not get through, he messaged me to ensure I knew he was trying to get hold of me. Once we chatted, he listened to me, solved my challenge and forgave me for an error I must have made and yet at no stage did he make me feel bad. This gent deserves a promotion and I pray his company appreciate the excellent job he is doing..thanks guys!
Terrible experience with Innocent. Although a comedy of errors put him in the right about the cancellation of a warranty with the borehole pump he fitted. His entire arrogant attitude, constant cancellations and moving of appointments assures me that he is not a person I would care to deal with again. He is totally uncaring about goodwill and customer relations. He is argumentative and arrogant and I hope that he does not come into contact with some unsuspecting person who can be easily intimidated
2-3 Days is what they promised me, and I was happy with that. Despite getting my measurements wrong and paying too little these guys delivered my parcels within 24 hours! I have used them many times and I can only say that my experience with them gets better each time I use them. I don't even waste my time looking for other quotes. Their prices are always competitive and their service is great! Well done guys.
Well done to Boitemelo, we had our vacuum cleaner purchased from Verimark repaired and when it was returned to us, there was a part missing. Expecting a long story and a further delay, to our surprise, she immediately replaced the missing part with a big smile. Such a pleasant surprise to deal with someone who clearly knows what she is doing and is passionate about her job!
I was brave and ventured out on Back Friday with specific purchases in mind. I had googled quite a few offers for the furniture I was looking for and since F.A.B was the furthest away from home I went there first. Well, Aletta attended to me and she was so professional, elegant and knowledgeable that I landed up purchasing everything from her and recommended her to all my friends. Well done, I feel comfortable with my purchases and I know that she will follow up on my orders.
I had broken my phone and was in desperate need of a new phone and obviously at this time of the month cash was scarce. I had sufficient talk points to obtain a nice phone without having to pay anything in. Every phone I selected they has no stock of and the staff phoned around trying to find a phone. I was getting desperate when Mohamed, the regional manager stepped in and went to another branch to collect a phone for me. I can only thank Mohamed for his pro-active and positive attitude and Lawrence, Bright and Anastasia for being patient whilst I cried and vented - they did not let me go until they had a happy customer. Thank you guys for going the extra mile and all of it with a smile!
Shocking experience. One would swear that the government only told us on the 32 March that VAT was going up!! I have tried since 07h30 to get hold of them on the line. Finally at 13h25 I got through and I am still holding 1 hour later!!!! Their links are not working, their updates are a joke. Where is the professionalism they advertise and brag about. They disconnected my call 15 times today and all I hear is that they are closed all Easter all about their self help documents. What a joke! Every client that has come in I have had to generate a manual invoice and it is with glee I tell them all...Sage Pastel is a joke THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU CONSIDER USING THEM.
