Of I could give no stars that would be great, been with Mweb for close to two years. I needed to change homes and did the option on the app, that didn't work as after a week no response so I called in, very nice lady assisted and said she will escalate to add my address. Fast track one month later, she sent that request to only Gawd knows because no requests was sent to OpenServe, anyways frustrated I cancelled and clearly asked then, "What do I do with the router?", they advised someone will call you to assist with that. This was back in October 2025. December 2025 I was debited R699, I contacted them today, I was 16th in the line, F that, I went on WhatsApp, at 8:30 initiated a chat, got a response at 13:48, how's that for customer service ? Then this guy's starts questioning me as I wanted to know why I got debited Only to find out it's for the router which is kept away as me new service provider has already given me a new one. So because no-one contacted me, it became my problem so I got debited. Now I must be liable to send the router back, after two months of radio silence. Why is it that we as customers have to always follow the book but companies like this just give a damn ? In this day and age, absolutely useless company, as though they were providing free service.
I needed to update my address which I did on the app, I received a call to confirm it's been done and requested documents sent immediately, excellent service!
Getting policy was simple online and claiming it was not as bad as expected. I just needed to get relevant documents but all in all, a very smooth process.
I called for proof of cover, the call was answered within 10 seconds, and the query was resolved within a minute. Stellar service.
This is a 360° story, I had them when I bought my car and left because of their additional excesses. They still have them but made some great improvements which is reasonable and the premiums are very much affordable. Muzi was great, he was clear in explaining things and the experience was cool, no issues. Understood what he said and he wasn't pushy. Great service Muzi, Keep it up!
I wish I looked at these reviews before I made my purchase, bought multiple items on the 12/07/2022, paid in full and was promised delivery on the 18/07/2022. Date arrived and no contact from Leroy Merlin, made contact via WhatsApp and was advised delivery noted for the 21/07/2022-this was last updated 16/07/2022. Called on the 21/07/2022 and was advised there is no stock! So they just kept the money and did not have the courtesy to call and advise there was no stock. Pathetic service, 1st and last time using this company. Currently waiting for my refund, promised 7-10 working days, lets see how that goes...
"Josh" promised sofas delivered in 7 days from the 28/11/2021, until today no feedback. Full payment made to the company, lodged dispute with my bank to get funds back but nothing can be done, opened a cases with the SAPS and still no feedback. This company is a scam, through and through, its just sad what's going on in the worked you get people like this that still stealing honest peoples hard earned cash! I called in regarding my annual review and was assisted by Natalie Manning. From the onset, she was calm, polite and did not rush anything with the call. She assisted me the way I expected to be assisted and she explained everything clearly and perfect. She was more than brilliant and I'm so proud to be part of a company that has a person like her working there. A lot of times we are very quick to complain about bad service but very rarely to we compliment exceptional service. Natalie went over and beyond and even offered assistance, to my parents who are unemployed, in a form of a grocery voucher! I was in awe! Thank you so much Natalie and Thank You Auto & General for having a person like Natalie answer my call! I wish Natalie and the Auto & General family all the best, stay safe and continue being awesome!
I called ********** 855 on the 26/10/2018 at 19:52 and spoke to a lady called Letti(I might be mistaken, could not hear properly) and placed an order for delivery. Everything went fine and order was made and she said she will SMS me an reference number(which I never received). I was not home and on a outing so ordered this for my family at home. She estimated deliery at 20:45. Got home at just before 21:00 and to my suprise ordere hasn't been deliver as yet, I waited till 21:30 and still nothing. I then called the number again and got through to Nando's Chatsworth, spoke to a girl who then called another indian guy who took my cell phone and said he will check up and if I still want my order(like really ?? Y will i be calling ??!!). He says don't worry he will get back to me now now. Guess what ?? No call until today !!! What pathetic service ! Imagine, my family waiting to have supper and no food arrives. I tried calling back but after 22:00 the lines are closed; now, who wants to prepare supper at 22:00, family went to bed without supper because of incompetent employess who clearly do not care about there customers and honestly not really sure what they care about. Honestly, I will never be purchasing from Nando's Chatsworth again and I know it won't hurt them in anyway losing one customer but I feel better letting other customers no about this service and I will continue letting people know about this pathetic service recieved.
