Worst experience ever i will not be going back to McDonald's Gordon road ever again. The employee by the drive thru window made me feel like an idiot , firstly when I got to the windows to collect my order she was rude she asked me if I didn't get anything, I said no then she proceeded to take my receipt and hand me my drinks , then she handed the receipt back did not say when my burgers were coming or anything I waited then she brought the burgers and then whilst my family was checking to see if everything was there she proceeded to shout at me to move.i will be posting this on all social media platforms including hello peter

i received an email from Absa a week ago thanking me for submitting FICA documentation. I logged an enquiry with Absa and so too did my companies Cybersecurity Architect case number C-28782474 and i have up till today not received any follow-ups or feedback from Absa
Purchased voucher through Hyperli for my friend prior to the wedding and they have been evading her since then not confirming date availability and she would like to get her massage before her wedding. They are not taking any calls at and I am very disappointed. My advice to all is to stay away from this service provider

Went to buy a bottle of rosewater from the Gorimas Windermere centre now and was in a hurry as i was on lunchbreak. The cashier was unfriendly and when i wanted to pay with R50 i was questioned as to why i did not have R10 cash on me before i could make a scene i advised the cashier how can store not have change and eventually i was given change. Pathetic customer experience i will never use that Gorimas store ever again
Poor customer service as part of my insurance i was advised that Tracker collision detection needed to be installed and a date was scheduled for installation i was also prompted by the tracker agent to upgrade my package to include not only collision detection but track and recover for if my car was stolen this was in 2019 fast forward to now and i was knocked from behind in an accident on the N3. First via email i was advised that the magnitude of the collision was not large enough to detect by the unit installed thereafter i was advised my contract does not cover this collision detection yet sms proof from the insurance which states that tracker would contact me to schedule installation. Im very disappointed in the service received my account number is CLI1985351
I ordered textbooks for which my company is paying as its my final year. of the four textbooks i ordered only one arrived. I did complain and was advised they investigating . While i do appreciate them investigating its been over 2 weeks and the only reply i receive is that they are still investigating how long does it take to investigate. This will impact my studies and this is the first time i have experienced this with Van Schaik bookstore they are usually on the ball
i was defrauded R 14 258 from something called Facebook Ads for an online purchase of which i did not do nor do i do any face book adverti*****t more bizarre as my face book is deactivated nor do they have my banking details. i phoned Absa fraud line immediately upon receiving this sms and told them to reverse this transaction which they advised they couldn't as they needed to do an investigation. i only do purchases from set secure sites with valid security certificates which prompt for OTP and i get notification from my mobile app to accept or reject a transaction , for this so called transaction i did not get any notification nor otp sms just an sms saying face book ads reserved that money for a purchase. Just as disturbing i have heard many other people have been defrauded whom bank with Absa. i would love to know how Absa online security measures were bypassed and what the way forward is , as this is a lot of money and i was saving for a trip.
