AON - Poor service
Honestly one of the worst experiences in terms of brokerage. Poor service, dont communicate and no responsbility taken. If i could, i would not even use them.

Poor service - Capital Legacy - Do not recommend
We had my dads estate policy with Capital Legacy. He passed away in Oct 2024, we are now in Jan 2025 and they can not locate my dads original will. They also have not even submitted to the high court, whilst his bills are accumulating, they refuse to speed up the process. Honestly feels like they take advantage of the poor with actual no intention to help them. They even made sure they spoke to the neighbours where my dad lived to ensure we wer telling the truth, not reliant on the police report or post mortem. The whole process has been very traumatic, we paid his policy for years, only to claim now and to be made to feel like a ********. Rather save your premiums and use that money to wind up the estate.

Poor service
Really bad experience. Had to cancel my booking. Chantelle refused to refund the R10,000 deposit I paid. R10k voucher instead was issued, the latest update is now that it can not be used for flowers - only hired items, when initially she advised i can use it for any flower or item hire. Poor service and really ************* people. Take your money else where.

Miway - Do not insure with them
This is probably the worst insurer when it comes to claims, they are cheap but pathetic with their service during claims. i have logged multiple complaints with regards to my car which they approved for repair through renew it sandton, 5 weeks later i still do not have a car, after Miway confirmed that my vehicle would take 7 working days to repair. They also did not use new parts -but refurbished, after confirming they would use new parts. Please move your insurance if you are with Miway -they are the worst.

Renew It Sandton
<div>Renew It Sandton should not be allowed to repaired any vehicle or be accredited with any car brand. My vehicle went in for a front passenger bumper repair, after 5 weeks of my vehicle being at Renew It, the bumper is currently not aligned. Miway as an insurer should also be accountable, however both parties refused to acknowledge their ****ty service. Please avoid at all costs.</div>

PAM GOLDING WORST AGENCY
Do not use PAM GOLDING to buy a house, they are unethical and fraudulent, sold me a house with water damage and mold, never allowed me to see the house again and refused early occupation. Please be wary when dealing with Mathilda Bosch/Karru their client.

Worst property agency
Please do not use Pam Golding for managing, selling or buying a property. Had one of the worst experiences with them, purchased a property through them, however on date of transfer keys were not handed over and no arrangements were made. I've now had to consult lawyers due to their poor management.

Poor customer service
Really bad service. Visited the Sandton City Kids Department on the 27th of June 19, ladies were rude and basically ignored me when I spoke to them. Rather shop at Keedo or Naartjie, similar price but better service
