Telkom Fibre is a ****, I have lost energy to contact them, they insist on Fibre so they can debit own amount, trying to call them is waste of time, I have now decided to cancel service.
Be very careful with Tyme Bank Credit Card - service extremely appalling - unhelpful customer service.
Please note my utter disgust at Tyme Bank horrible customer service, I have paid my credit card on account provided by Tyme Bank, months later my account is in arrears and lawyers, Anthony Richards are harassing me about my credit card. I paid over R20 000 and not even a cent is reflecting, I am incurring costly bank charges and my credit profile is impaired, worse when I try to call Tyme Bank 20 minutes minutes later agents running around confused, they want me to send proof of payment, I told them used internet banking - I provided them all details but pathetic
I bought Tom Tom golfer 1 & 2 - needs a battery for Golfer 1 but after service non existant- what is sad is the watch works perfect
I renewed Vodacom data contracts 0820447999 and 0769929150 with uderstanding as per contract that unused data is carried over from one month to the next, this was always the case all along - to my surprise after 12 months, I just discovered Vodacom has been swindling me and not implementing data carryover as per contract, this is worst dishonesty from Vodacom - the law is clear and Vodacom has also confirmed - data carry over rule is effective. Why is Vodacom misleading & fleecing their loyal customers?
Hertz Bryanston Pathetic - 1. Delivered rental car 4 hours before deadline, yet they billed me for an extra day. 2. Delivered car with full tank of fuel - yet billed me R600 for fuel. 3. Not refunded my any of my 2 deposit for same car. 4. Not responsive - 5. Themba promised to provide feedback - a day later not bothered to respond.
Poor customer service @ Bryanston Branch. delivered car 4 hours before agreed time, they still charged me for late delivery as well as fuel costs, yet car was delivered with full tank of fuel after re - fuelling right on their door step - Themba checked in car, worse they have not bothered to refund me deposit or return call.
Vodacom has not resolved enquiry despite logging request numerous times. Please assist URGENTLY. ********** 866
I have top up contract with Vodacom but Vodacom has again billed me out of data bundle rates - my question is how is it possible if you have top up contract - In July Vodacom informed me that they will rectify the problem - ********** 150. Please assist
I upgraded contract online for 10 gig promo, previously had top up but Vodacom agent migrated to open line, subsequently incurred out of bundle rates, problem is Vodacom does not even know package I am supposed to be billed, tried to contact Vodacom to resolve the issue with no luck, agents promised to revert but a week later no one has assisted me.
