I used to love shopping at Takealot.com. I always received superb service, but my last order was a terrible disappointment. I ordered 3 items. Two of them arrived after the delivery date had been moved on 3 times. They arrived in a tiny box. The third item, just so happened to be the most expensive item, was much too big to fit into that little box. I contacted Takealot.com a few times. They say they are looking into it. It has been 2 weeks now with no feedback. How do I get my item or a refund I tried to write a review and they just rejected it.
A Total **** Paid them over R6 000 for dictionaries a month ago and have heard nothing from them. How do I get my money back.
I was notified that my debit order was being changed to the 22nd from the usual 26th. We have this fight every year. I only get paid on the 26th. I beg them no not tochange my debit order date in December. We have this fight every year. I have been struggling all day to get assistance . I just get robot who ask stpuid questions. The number given does not work.
We ordered a Cricut Champagne bundle which included 13 tools and ectra materials online. The wrong machine arrived with no extras. We phoned, we emailed, wrote complaints and still nothing. Almost 2 weeks now and no official reply. Poor, poor service. The order was fulfilled by the Hemmingways branch. R5999 later and we have nothing to show.
Both my husband and I were waiting for our bank cards. CCD keep sending messages that they could not raise us. Lies. No missed calls. Eventually husband's cards arrived, I signed for the one. We work at the same address. My card has not arrived. Why not send at the same time Why send another vehicle. Saturday I get yet another notification that they cannot raise me more lies. After many attempts to phone them, i eventually reached CCD. A polite lady apologises but says they will only deliver next week. Why the wait. Why does FNB use such an inefficient courier service. I am not the only one complaining.
On Friday night i was sitting relaxing and watching TV. I get an sms from FNB to say i made changes to my in contact. I replied that i did not I used my credit card the next day and received no in contact. I have tried to get FNB to vorrect this and tell me how it was cancelled in the first place. I have phoned, i have chatted on line and all they say is that they cannot correct this as it has been disabled. By whom? When? I have to do so many verifications, so many security checks, but they can just cancel a service with no authorisation. Terrible. And nohelp.
I had a query regarding something on my Oneplan Policy. I contacted customer care and a little while later (same day) was phoned back by a lady by the name of Renee Cowley . She did everything she could to assist. She was extremely helpful, courteous, efficient and thorough. Unfortunately she had to refer my problem to the under writer, so I have no idea if it will be resolved favourably as yet. But I give Renee Cowley personally a five star review. Thank you Renee.
Fnb is the biggest fraud ever. The credit insurance paid my loan when I did not have an income, only Uif. Now we have a reduced income, but I was fortunate enough to have a small retirement annuity that paid out now in July. My husband and I decided to pay off all my loans to reduce monthly costs as we have reduced income. Now you have reversed the insurance payments. I am definitely going back to the ombudsnan an Hello peter. We are month to month not assured an income and wantto be sure we do not default on any payments, first the Covid loan that was a complete scam. Now reverse my insurance credit cover. Come on this is fraud. I have had FNB remove money from both my fully paid off loans with the reference Dr Adjust. No discussion, they just take the money. We ****ed and sc****d so as not to default on any payments, and they keep taking. And the idiot on the chat does not know what he is talking about. I get put through to various people on the helpline and eventually get cut off without any help. Next I am going to the ombudsman.
Good day I have contacted Wesbank about claiming on my insurance on my loan. I have emailed, and phoned. I was told that the interruption on employment did not cover the Covid 19 Lockdown. This is rubbish. What else is this but an interruption in income, that is why our president is trying to assist. I wish to odge a claim on the insurance to cover my premium for the duration on the lockdown.
I tried to claim on my Credit Insurance on my loan with them. An operator assured me I have that coverage, but because I am self employed I do not qualify. What nonsense, they take my money for the policy every month.. Do they think my business did not have to close.
