Bad service
I have had discovery Life insurance its more than 3 years i only received once communication from them. I have downloaded the app to check my policy details still i cant get them i get an error every time. No one has called me i have sent email for assistance but nothing. They deduct my money every month but no communication from them

Not happy with the service
Last year April i upgrade my life cover and they promised they will canceled the one i had. After 6 months i checked it's not canceled. I went to the branched to cancel it and they said they going to pay back my premiums for the months i submitted everything even my bank statement. Early this year went to check they said thet have canceled it but i did not get my premiums also on the app and on my payslip it still shows that it's active and it is deducted every month. I'm sick and tired of this now

Bad service
I asked them to debit the full amount that i owe them and close the car, they did debit but they did not close the account they still debit me and i don't even have my car anymore

I did my glasses there and they said before i can collect them i need to pay the full amount i did, now i get a call from debit collectors saying i owe them

Poor service
I did my glasses there and i was asked to pay the full amount before i can collect them, i did and paid the full amount. Now they say i owe them R500 something and i am on debt collectors.

Poor service delivery
I wanted to settle my homechoice account and was referred to ssda since my account is handed over. They told me how much I need to pay and after I should send them proof of payment. I did that and it's been three weeks I have not heard from them. I need my clearance letter to be able to cleared and buy myself a house

Poor service
I have been trying to clear my truworths account, I have paid up my bill from truworths and the mbd attorneys called and says I'm still owing around R700 something on their side since the account was handed over. I asked them to send me proof and where I can deposit the money that is left. They said they going to send me proof I gave them my address still nothing its been 2 months now.i want to get clearance letter I also tried calling them it just ring and goes unanswered. I want to buy a house but I cant because I need clearance letter from them to be cleared on credit bereau.

Poor service
I have been trying to get the total amount that I need to pay inorder to settle my account. I called homechoice and the consultant told they going to call me back I should give them my details, I did and drop the call. I waited for them to call by they didn't. I called again after two days and they says my account is handed over to the lawyers and they gave me the number I called the number but I dont get any response. Please help cause I want to settle my account so that I can be cleared
