Purchased a laptop online was said to come in 4-5 business days and was here in 2. Great pricing and service. Website was very user friendly as well, easy to control the filters.
Purchased a Samsung french door fridge from them for R66 599 which was on special. Spoke to andre on the phone and I was told delivery was going to be 2-3 working days but only received the fridge 7 days after my order hence the 4 star instead of 5 stars.
I thought this company was professional but its quite the opposite. I paid in some excess money in my Levy account in May 2020 for didi heroes village complex in Mohlakeng and my account currently has a credit of R9000. I requested some of that Credit (R7000) to be refunded to me to cover an emergency on 25 Jan 2021 and so far i'm being sent from pillar to post to get my own money back. I was given a number of someone called Colin and it just goes to voicemail. I sent a formal request on 25 Jan 2021 and got reference number 37637. Should i now go to the ombudsman for such a small matter to get my own money?
I ordered a trampoline in 15 Dec 2020 and chose a delivery of 24 December 2020. Until today, no delivery. I called countless times no answer. I sent an email to enquire and theres no update. I see now delivery date is changed to 18 Jan 2021 and quite frankly I don't want it anymore. I would like my refund ASAP.
I'm so disappointed with how my delivery was handled. It was planned for 3 December 2020 and it never arrived and I kept calling the whole day and not getting and answer. On Friday 4 Dec 2020 I called again and got through and I told the person who answered that I'm leaving to Joburg at 2pm and needed the delivery done by 2pm latest and I was assured the delivery would take place. I waited for hours and kept calling without getting a response. Only at 4pm I got a call back and I was reassured delivery will take place before 5pm on 4 Dec and it didn't happen. No one called to update me and i kept calling from 5pm until 7pm. Basically I waited from 2pm until 7pm and ended up driving to joburg during the night and arriving at my destination at 1am on the 5th Dec because of Mr Price Home. The chair was now delivered on 8 Dec 2020 and the box is wet and the chair is also a lil wet. I will never have anything delivered to me by Mr price home. Never again!
I received a settlement offer to settle my RCS account from Vericred by 30 March 2018 which was R19589.00. Agreed settlement amount of R19589.00 was paid on 26 March 2018 (R15000 and R4589 respectively). Vericred subsequently said they cant issue a paid up letter because I was only supposed to make 1 payment despite receiving the full amount before the 30th March through a payment method I got from them. And they also said they are waiting for RCS to allocate the funds and issued a paid up letter. 4 weeks later Vericred has not send me a paid up letter from RCS and up to this point my credit report has not been updated with the payment that was made. I have been told that RCS is busy allocating the payment to my account but how can this take 4 weeks? At the very least my credit report should be showing the amount that was paid and this is RCS's responsibility; can you please advise when I will be issued with a paid up letter for this account?

On the 26 March 2018 I went to make payment at a Pay@ paypoint at Checkers and I was advised that the maximum transaction amount is R15000 so I have to split the settlement amount and I then paid R15000 and R4589 respectively. Vericred subsequently said they cant issue a paid up letter immediately because I was only supposed to make 1 payment despite receiving the full amount before the 30th March through a payment method I got from them. 4 weeks later Vericred has still not sent me a paid up letter as promised up to this point and my credit report has not been updated with the payment that was made. After more than 10 telephone calls in the last 3 weeks I have been promised and told that the letter will be issued as soon as it is received from Head office but nothing has come through and I need it ASAP.
