I have bought a Renault Triber Prestige AMT in April 2021. This is is a very unsafe car. When turning into intersections, you have to wait until there are no cars coming, because it loses speed or pulling away very slowly. Uphill it goes nearly to standstill. The dealer told me I have to lift my foot for +_ 2seconds to gain power. What if other cars are behind you? I was x2 times nearly in accidents because of the car loosing power. What should I do? I only have automatic transmission license.
I am so frustrated with Telkom. They deduct money before the due date, and when there is no money, they add rubble the amount. And then afterwards paying the arrears, does not reconnect your service. I tried now already 2weeks to have my service reconnect, with no avail. Theyare redirect me from Pontius to Pilatus. The last number they gave me is 081089, who ask to put in an authenticated number followed by a hash key!!!!! Whereshould I get it from, if they didn't given it to me? I am really frustrated. Cell C automatically reconnect your service when it is paid in full, why not them? I hope this will soon be looked into. Naomi Jansen
Today, 24 January 2020. I have booked rooms for 31 people at this hotel, where I am currently at. Since we arrived at the hospital, we had HORRIBLE, BAD experiences. The lobby of the hotel was untidy, actually dirty. The carpets are dirty, and the staff didn't even bother to greet or ask the group why they were there, when they arrived before me at the hotel. The toilets in the lobby/ foyer had a foul oudor. The aircon doesn't work or release stuffy smell in the air when on. ****roaches were found in one of the rooms. Dirty towels in the bathrooms, all rooms are stuffy, the Windows, oh the windows are sooo dirty, you can't see through it. The carpet in the socalled statesroom, was wet, with no microwave oven. This is REALLY a disgrace to humanity. Eventhough it is selfcatering, doesn't mean it must be filthy. After we complaint, one worker of the hotel came with a spray bottle in the hand, and spraying the curtains, beds, aircon and toilets, with who knows what or for who knows what. 3 ladies from my group left the hotel to book with another hotel. One other lady got so sick, that she had to book an early flight for the next day, back home. This is NOT even a backpacker accommodation, and it is in such a state. I will never ever book at this hotel ever again.... Housekeeping totally a lac****
I have booked and paid for 3 nights ( 13 -16 November 2018) stay at Bayside hotel, Pintown, Durban. I have cancelled the accommodation on the 21 October 2018, prior the accommodation booking date there. They deducted 30% of the total amount for cancellation fee. Up until to today, 6 December 2018, I did not received any refunds from them. They keep telling me to wait. How long does one have to wait to be refunded by the named company.
I bought a 3 piece leather lounge suite at House and Homes in Parow, on 6 June 2017. At the end of August 2017 the 3 seater couch was broken. On 1 September 2017, I emailed their repair department on the request of the sales lady. They just prepared the couch. Now, 6 months later, the same problem occurred. Now they don't give me any answers. I have bought the suite to last for years, but this only lasts for 9 months. I have requested that this particular set should be changed for another suite, and that I would pay in the difference. They refused. But they don't come back to me re this broken couch. I don't want this couches anymore Please help Mrs. N. Jansen
