UMVUZO HEALTH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
ZERO STARS! Non existent admin and customer support! Does anyone actually work in the admin department? If so, they are being paid to do nothing! We pay every month and getting NOTHINGi in return! Everything gets rejected and when you call or email to enquire - you are just ignored! Rather use the admin budget to pay our medical bills!

ABSA - DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!!
ZERO STARS! Your business banking is USELESS!! How can you call it business banking when you know NOTHING about serving businesses! I am waiting over TWO MONTHS for a simple response to changing my business account. Over 10 emails later and your business banking people have done NOTHING! DO NOT BANK WITH ABSA!!! Once they have you as a client - there is NO service!

Incredible Connection - STAY AWAY!!
ZERO stars! The most useless ever! It took them 8 months sending my product back and forth until the warranty expired. Now i am told its my problem! Disgusting! Do not ever buy from them!

FNB EBUCKS TRAVEL - Pathetic service! STAY AWAY!
EBUCKS Travel - DO NOT book with them! After they've taken your money, you are basically left on your own. No updates, nothing! The airline extended tickets due to Covid. All Ebucks Travel needed to do was send an email/sms asking if i wanted to extend my ticket. A "YES" = ticket extended. But because they failed to provide ANY service, my ticket got cancelled and i now have to rebook at the new price which is 35% HIGHER! The airline cannot help because Ebucks is classified as an official travel agent, and was meant to do their job as a travel agent. And doing this did not involve much - it was ONE simple message! They could have even sent out a mass generic message. BUT NOTHING! Ebucks is making excuses for their total lack of service delivery. DISGUSTING. Stop your fake advertising about "how can we help you" - you DO NOT HELP! #TheChangeables - Change FROM FNB to somewhere else! The marketing is all about getting new clients. Once you are a client and they have your money - they dont care! Rather allocate some of the marketing budget to providing service to your CURRENT clients! Or does that not matter??
