In Jan 2026, I was informed that Schedule 1 and 2 over-the-counter items, no longer form part of Vitality's cash-back system. This was told to me, when I submitted my script for, a Schedule 3 item! Come on Vitality, stop trying to pull the wool!
Two problems with what we discussed in Dec 2026: 1. Jan 2026's deduction of my insurance premium was from my Bond account, and not my private banking account, and 2. The deduction amount is not correct.
I had a debit order mandate in place for a fixed value deduction each month, however, it got abused, as a larger amount got deducted. I should actually report this abuse to CSOS / FSCA etc. I have cancelled the direct debit.
My Customer experience with Discovery Bank is nose-diving: a) Sync delays, b) so called "25% discount" off car-hires are more expensive than the normal priced car hire from other banks, and c) constant "payment declined - suspected *****" messages when I use my Discovery Bank credit card online and in-store. What am I paying a monthly AND annual fee for????????????
Does anybody work at Tempest Car Hire ???? Am trying to sort out an issue caused by Tempest, ....... but no replies to my emails, and not picking up landline number !!!!!!!!!!!!
Does anybody work at Standard Bank insurance dept??? I've had ZERO action on my requests of a few weeks ago, which was even so called "escalated" by my "Private Banker", to no avail.

Does anybody work at Worth Academy?? I completed the online Financial course, but then the Completion Certificate was never issued. But when I checked with Worth that everything had been done to inform Discovery, the answer was yes. In reality, the answer was no. Also, a recent link sent to me by Worth, takes me to Worth's old platform! Is this course really worth it????????
