This is the worst company ever. No customer service to speak of. Call centre cuts you off while holding when they dont know what to do. Don't call back. Finance can't do debit orders while I do debit orders and debi check mandate with other companies. They don't follow up and allocate payments even when you send pop.
This has been the most frustrating 9 months! I cannot understand why Metrofibre is unable or unwilling to do my debit order. I have sent email upon email. I have phoned and been hung up on numerous times. The more I tell them that my bank advird that I have to authorise the debit order on the app, the more they tell me that I am wrong. I sent the messages between myself and the bank where they tell me to do the authorisation within 24hrs. Metrofibre just does not respond. This is the worst service ever. They rather tell me to just do eft than actually take the time to listen and learn something!!!!!
So in July I complained about bad service, but I have to say these guys went out of their way to help me. Today I received my new fan motor and blade. Excellent service and constant emails to find out if I was happy and sorted. Good on you guys! I will always buy from you again just for the way you handled my complaint. Prompt service and good attitudes of your employees makes it a pleasure to deal with you. Thank you Liezl
This company is quick to sell their products, but have no after sales service in the Durban area. Once you buy the product you are on your own. I have tried to get them to repair and service my heater. Nobody rep****. My email was sent from pillar to post. Eventually I had to get a different company to repair the heater. Not being the correct fan, it is very noisy now. Thank you ITS Solar for nothing. You should not be selling products you can't repair. One cannot wait for heaters to be sent to Johannesburg or Capetown to be repaired. Rather give it up as a bad job and stop annoying people who actually want to do business with you. Santam is refusing my 2022 claim because they say the panelbeater I used did not do the job properly. I laugh at this because due to Santam prefered service provider, from 2016 I drove around for 2 years with a false numer plate provided by Clark and Kent. 2018 someone drove in to me again and Santam assessor assesses my claim on false number plate. Now they get difficult and start refusing payment of a claim after being totally negligent. Saying that the guy who drove in to me in 2022 could never causr so much damage. I would like to see them prove this in court based on the previous comedy of errors. I contacted Legawise as Santam will need to prove this in court
Pleaaasssee put me out of my misery. I have been with out aphone and internet the whole month!! What the hel! Every two weeks my line is faulty! Do you people actually know what you are doing. I heard the sabotage is an inside job. How longdo I have to suffef, I xant get hold of anyone!
Bonitas is is such a bad Medical Aid. They keep you hanging on the phone for 10min then cuts you off. Second time they kept me hanging 20 min until I hung up the phone. Other then that they have duplicated so many of my claims. It's just ridiculous. They don't know what they are doing
Telkom just politely closed my order number without responding to my request. I needed a line moved in my house and I have waited now for two weeks just to hear my case was closed . Wjat's up Telkom?!
I am very annoyed with the discontinuation of the Walka. There was no consultation. services for some have just been stopped. Multichoice wants to offer a silly R500 Takealot voucher? We are losing much more thand that. Our walka's still work perfectly well. You cannot just stop our service because you feel like it. this is wrong. If you are going to end it you at least should offer Walka owners data as we now have to buy/use data to watch DSV on our phones. The use of data was your choice not ours. You have to do right by your customers! This is very sneaky. No wonder people are leaving Multichoice for the preferred Netflix. If you still had new exciting content it would make a difference but you keep on showing the same junk boring repeats! Good Move Multichoice say good bye to a lot of subscribers.
I was advised by MTN and WASPA that Vu-clip Vodafone Vodacom has been charging me subscription fees on one of my contract phones for MTN although I have not subscribed to anything. I am a MTN user. This is illegal and my subscription must be cancelled and the money refunded since inception. I phoned MTN and had no luck with them. I was told that this was a Vodacom problem. was then advised that this is indeed an MTN problem. MTN has been giving me the run around all day. Someone needs to cancel this subscription and refund the money as I have just received another sms that my subscription has been renewed??! This is ridiculous . Cancel this and refund me immediately.
