You never stop to surprise costumers with your *** service. I work at Olivedale hospital and there is only 1 ATM here a ABSA TRON mashine NO SUPRISE NOT WORKING !!!!!!! across the road at he shopping mall there is a Capitek, FNB, Standard Bank NO SUPRISE NO ABSA ATM a block away from he shopping center a garage with only FNB atm. BUT WHY ARE YOU SUCH A *** BANK I FREEKEN HATE ABSA CANT WAIT TO FINILIZE TRANSFER TO STANDARD BANK
I want to say BIG THANK you for the staff at the Address: Cnr Jim Fouché Rd &, Without Ave, Weltevredenpark, Roodepoort, 1709 on the night of 05/03/2025 my tire burst in the rain when the roads were flooded. The staff saw me turning in to the service station and VERY quickly ran to me and helped me to exchange it they were SUPER STAFF I tried leaving a compliment on at head office but compliment line just goes quite with not answer.
my family have been banking with Absa since they were still al**** bank my mom opened my account when they were still Volkskas that is how long i have been with absa.. No have become to HATE ABSA BANK how the heck is my banking charged over R500.00 a month. on a checking account. What the hell. I now am forced to kill my mouthers legacy and leave absa bank this was my last link to my already passed MOM``s legacy that i hang on too. but now after the last x3 years the problems i have with ABSA is incredible From *********** staff to rude staff to a banking app that is horrible to work with to soring banking charges no I HAD ENOUGH. THIS MONTH MY FINANCES IS IN A BAD SHAPE THEN ABSA STILL COMES WITH BANK CHARGED OVER R500.00 I HAVE ADRESSED THIS IN DECEMBER 2024 WITH NO RESPONSE. NOW I AM DONE GOODBEY ABSA I WILL MAKE ANOTHER PLAN I MIGHT NOW BE IN FINANCIAL TROUBLE BUT I WILL GET OUT OF IT AS WELL THANK YOU FOR YOUR ******* SUPPORT. and don't think for one moment your saved my with giving me my home loan or car lone as it took x3 other banks before you came to the party because I wanted to believe in you and keep my MOMs legacy i will be consulting with STANDARD BANK to take over my ABSA account.
This is horrible service provider they took money from my bank account after I canceled my Contrack with them in 2024 already., they are a horrible company to deal with. now in 2025 they are still debiting my bank account.
Can the accounts department at Telkom please do a proper job, I did not have a WIFI Contrack, I had sim. 1. I had to pay before i got data + admin fee when i got the card. 2. Telkom did not give me Data in advance thus NO PAYMENT NO DATA 3. I canceled 30days in advance YET I GOT AN ACCOUNT NOW DOUBLED 4. My SiM card was a Month to Month with the option to cancel any time. 5. WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING AT TELKOM WHY ARE YOU BILLING ME FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS CANCELED IN ADVANCE FOR A CONTRACK THAT WAS MONTH TO MONTH.
Why don't Makro just close the doors for walk in customer's as the never have the advertised stock in the store. What waist of time to go to Makro. Why don't you just make Makro a online store and stop waiting customer's time.
I bought No nails for the very first time, and seeing that i don't know the product well. I stopped a sales person and asked if he can assist me, how ever his response was the tube says it all. How ever i also did not see that you need an additional application gun to put the tube into to be able to use the product. Now I am forced to drive up and down to Builders ware house Strubensvally to go and buy the application gun. I still regret going back to builders when i get such awesome service at Chamberlains. I have said this before as well, yet I think thing will change at Builders every time I go there. It is now confirmed I can not go back to Builders ever again and yes you might think ag it is just 1 customer, but it is 1 customer that will always refer to Chamberlains. I can not remember if I ever got good service with builders where it is Strubens Valley or Cresta. You walk around and look for what you need with no sales consultant in sight, you literally have to go and look for sales consultants. To think I am building at my house and driving up and down due to the lack of interested of staff. The cutting side is even worst.
Who gives Absa the right to demand funds to be in my account to ensure early debit in December. They don`t ask just blatantly send a sms to ensure funds to be available in your account for early debit. NOTE if you debit my account on the 16,17,18,19 December I will go to the ombudsman as i never agreed to this, who gives your the right to debit my account early that is not what i agreed to or signed up for. I will not pay extra for bounced back debit orders. The call center agents can not help and i am not sitting for hours on the phone that i pay for to speak to a bank that does as they will.
