Active since May 2018
After I ordered a R200 order and left a R50 tip, I never received my delivery. They’re simply refusing to answer the phone as well. I will take the matter further though, having more than 100 000 TikTok followers, I will name and shame Debonairs Pizza if they don’t rectify the matter.
After waiting very long for the router’s delivery, the SIM’s activation took another day. We took the 5G R1000/pm package, but the network is unreliable at best. The speeds are too slow if you need a connection for online meetings or in our case, online teaching. The got very little support, after which we tried cancelling and refunding since it’s still within the first week. It’s been two weeks now and every day since, I’ve phoned them to be told that they promise, tomorrow they’ll call me back, which they never do. The short is, even the best upload speeds I’ve had with their “Premium 5G” network was under 5mb/s, upload speeds vary between 0,1mb/s to 100mb/s, but with no predictability value at all. I wouldn’t recommend Rain 5G to anyone, for any reason, ever at all. This is truly the worst experience I’ve ever had from a company that in no way conducts its business professionally. Don’t give Rain a shot, you’ll regret it.
Very unprofessional. One out of every four call backs were in fact called back. Technicians come, change the settings - after which it works for 15 minutes and once again I’m left without connectivity. I can certainly understand that some issues are beyond their control, but after nearly two months you’d expect those sort of issues to be remedied. Whether it’s a connection setting or a faulty piece of hardware they installed, they are either too greedy to replace what needs to be replaced or simply incompetent. I won’t recommend Jenny’s internet to anyone and I’m moving my business to Telkom by the end of this month.
A very diverse menu, good food and great service. The staff is always friendly, without being a nuisance and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone eating out in Potchefstroom.
Jenny internet is yet to solve my issues with a wifi line, paid to be 4mb/s - hardly ever reaching 0.05 mb/s, after more than three weeks. I have contacted them multiple times and each time a ticket is created. They have sent technicians, but it seems as though they are incompetent since it didn’t solve the problem. If you are considering Jenny’s Potchefstroom, save yourself the frustration and look into another provider instead.
By some means my personal information was acquired and they issued a debit order to my account. I had the debit orders reversed, but they keep harrassing me. I told them to contact my lawyer since I won't be compensating them for whatever service they provided me with and that we will be disputing the matter. With no proof of consent for the debit orders it is fraud and therefore I have a good mind of laying a formal charge at the SAPS.
I'm very dissapointed with my most recent experience with FNB. First of all, as a student, money is a very limited resource to me. After noticing that I have less and less each month, I drew bank statements. Apart from missing money that is unaccounted for, there were debit orders I didn't authorise. Trying to resolve the matter, I went online, bu the dispute function on the webpage was "currently unavailable". As for a cell phone discussion, I waited for more than half an hour and after that I was continuouly put through to "the wrong department". After visiting the branch, I waited for an hour and a half before anyone even spoke to me, after which I was sent back to the cue, where I now wait. The mere fact that they allowed a debit order without my permission speaks volumes and they're either stealing my money, or assisting a third party in stealing my money. I have been waiting in this cue to resolve the matter, but it seems as thougn I'll have better luck laying a formal charge at the SAPS.
