Terrible company
I am having trouble getting my package delivered from them which I ordered from Evetech. 2 days now delivery had failed. And they keep giving excuses, tried to phone again today and it says the number does not exist. Terrible service.

Robbed
I placed a order last week Sunday and still haven't gotten it, they responded to my one email out of the 10 I sent, and it wasn't even helpful saying I will get my order today or tomorrow but I have no tracking number nothing. I paid in full and feel like I'm being robbed. Order is 160666

Stolen my money
I ordered a phone, waited 3 weeks for them to tell me the stock was stolen from Aramex, now waiting for my refund and I email them asking where is my refund and get no response. I feel like they have stolen my money. Can anyone assist me please.

Takealot are thieves
About two weeks ago I got my delivery which was a heater. I plugged it in and it wouldn't turn on, so I logged a return and asked for them to refund my money into my takealot account so I could buy a different heater. The next day they picked up the heater. Now after two weeks it says the return has been concluded and closed and I haven't received my refund. I sent emails and get no response, I tweet them and no response and no one an2the phone. They have stolen my money

Poor horrible useless service
2 days now they keep saying my parcel will be delivered. Phoned the driver also and didn't even sound like he was or wanted to talk. Sounded like he was in a room. Just says will be delivered today. 2 days now no delivery. Need the goods I ordered for my job.

No electricity at my house only
My house has had no power from 11am today and it's a problem with the cable unground which citypower doesn't repair properly, this has happened 6 times and only to my house. The tech came today at 2pm and said he was going to get a temp cable to connect my house but he hasn't come back, and citypower just says it was handed over to the night shift team. Why can't they fix the cable under the ground properly. I don't own a generator and now all my food in my fridge is going off.

Struggling to cancel telkom order i dint even place!
I have been using Telkom adsl and its been ok. Now vuma has put fibre in my are so i thought i would go to fibre and use cool ideas as my ISP, only to find out without my consent telkom went applied for them to be my ISP on vuma without asking me, now they havens installed the line as the area still in pre order phase. I have contacted telkom 3 times and still having trouble cancelling this pending order that i didn't even order. Vuma wont let me order another ISP until the telkom one is cancelled. Can anyone help me please? Thanks
