Selati Low Kilojoule Sweetener Sticks - for over 12 months every pack of 100 sticks - every stick has been solid & impossible to pour from the sachet - I have reported this via the Customer Care line several times & I have twice written to Selati with zero response - an absolute disgrace !
Ola have recently changed the lid of the red 1.8 litre ice cream container and is so flimsy it is almost impossible to open the container as the lid creases on the corners and you cannot get it off without using a knife or something to unclip the lid - an absolute disgrace and obviously they are trying to save money with no care about how this affects their loyal consumers - I have reported this & sent details with pics to the Ola Consumer Helpline & they insist that there have been NO CHANGES TO THE OLA LID 🤣🤣🤣
Lack of respect for Senior Citizens : it is a disgrace that during this time of corona virus there are no special privileges for senior citizens and no assistance offered by staff or management in stores. Store Managers should be seeking out senior citizens on the shop floor to offer assistance and they should seek out and give priority to senior citizens standing in long lines at the cashiers or outside waiting to enter stores.

This store is a disgrace to the Pick n Pay brand and is very poorly managed : whenever I shop there I cannot find 50% of my shopping list and have to go to Spar Watercrest to find the balance of products. I always advise the Manager but it makes no difference - they often do not have basic essential brands : today there was no Nivea Cream in a tube, no Ceres or Liquifruit Orange juice, no Rosa or Cherry Tomatoes, no Trinco tea bags 100's and the list goes on.
I have not been able to get Pick n Pay brand Low Fat Milk 1 litre for over a month - I shop there every few days and every time I ask the Manager they say they are waiting for stock and I should take another brand of which they only have 2 litres - how can PnP consistently not have their own brand ?? I always advise the Manager of other products that are out of stock and they have never taken my details and offered to call me when stocks arrive - what happened to the days when Managers cared ?
Hyundai Pinetown : my car has only ever been serviced by this dealership and was in for service and they lost my Vehicle Service Record - the Service Advisor Les made an effort to find it but the Service Manager Ryan could not be bothered - I asked to speak with him five times and eventually he stepped out of his office with no apology and made me feel as if I was an irritation - he needs to learn some people s****s and about customer service - absolutely disgusting service.
