Went to Cappello Emarald Casino this evening. Worse experience at a restaurant. We ordered steak egg and chips and 300g rump. Both medium. After 40 minutes both orders were terrible. Both orders were very well done,cold and cold not even cut the Steaks.. after complathey did new steaks. They were raw. We canceled the order. Our drinks even took like 30 minutes to arrive. They were not busy. It looked like the waitresses and bar man were all intoxicated. She could not even understand our order. Even the drinks were wrong. Pathetic service
J have been smoking Peter Stuyvesant red for many many years. I noticed from 2 months back that the quality has dropped. I called customer care today to inform them of this. They were not very helpful. J was told to save all the inferior cigarettes and call them again. Waste my valuable phone minutes. Will have to change my brand.

Takealot advertised a defy fridge DAC449 cheaper than the price of Game. I mailed Game customer service to beat the price. I received a reference number and was told to send them the details. I sent them screenshots of Takealot and Game price yesterday 29 May 2025. I have since sent a few more mails and made numerous calls to get feedback but to no avail. so much for advertising they will beat any price. shocking at lack of customer service.
I am with Miway for over 12 years. Great service when i recently had a claim. Their staff are well trained and handled everything with ease. I am now waiting for them to claim back my excess as it was not my fault. Thank you Miway.

I have my building insured with Hollard and Brolink. They find every excuse to decline a claim and their turn around time is very slow. Change if you have a policy with them. I am going to change soon

Trying to upgrade my contract as it is due for an upgrade. After calling them 5 times and even speaking to a team leader my upgrade is not processed. I am dealing with the retentions department and have been with Vodacom for 25 years. They are not very enthusiastic to upgrade. Seems like they done need the business. I also have 2 contracts with them. Looks like it's time to find another service provider. Absolutely shocking
