I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable service I experienced at the Kempton Park Home Affairs office. On 24 November 2025 , I visited the branch for the 3x time for the collection of my son's ID and Passport. Despite arriving early, the queues were extremely long, staff were slow to assist, and there was no clear communication or guidance provided to the public. Many people, including the elderly, were left waiting for hours without any explanation or updates. Additionally, the customer service was poor. Some staff members ignored customers/ were dismissive/ showed no urgency/ closed counters while people were still waiting, rain was coming and some people came with kids, it's a mess. This level of service is unacceptable for an essential department that the public relies on daily. I request that the Department investigate the operational issues at this branch and take urgent action to improve service delivery, staffing, and communication. The current situation reflects poorly on Home Affairs and causes unnecessary frustration for the community. I hope this matter will be addressed promptly. I recently signed a new contract with Vodacom for Home Wi-Fi and was informed that the connection would be activated on the 8th. I was told that I should simply call on the day of activation for the service to be connected. Based on this information, I cancelled my previous service provider because I trusted that Vodacom would honour the activation date. Today is the 8th, and when I called in for the connection as instructed, I was told that the department responsible for activation is not working today. This was never communicated to me at any stage. As a result, I am now left without any internet connection at all. When I asked for assistance, I was told that there is nothing they can do and that I must wait until Monday which is going to impossible because there is no one in the house. I was even told to "make a plan" in the meantime, which I find extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I depend on my internet for work and daily responsibilities. Vodacom's failure to communicate and failure to provide the service on the agreed date has now placed me in a very difficult situation. I am requesting the following from Vodacom: 1. Immediate activation of my Home Wi-Fi contract or an urgent alternative temporary solution. 2. Accountability and a formal apology for the lack of communication and inconvenience caused. 3. Appropriate compensation for the days I am unable to use the service that I am already contracted and expected to pay for. I am building a house in Limpopo Kga-Matlala, Cashbuild Tibanefontein is the shop that I am using for material. I very disappointed with the level of service I have received so far. You buy materials and ask them to deliver and they don't deliver on time and when you try calling them their phone is not working. The level of service is very poor, for the first time I get this poor service from cashbuild.
I went to Rootd Festival Mall on Saturday to buy braai me, vors and pap. 1st the teller captured wrong price, OK she noticed and told me that the price was wrong. We decided to re-do the price. 2nd when I am supposed to get my food I struggled until I was given my food. I left thinking the food was correct only find when I arrived at home my food was not what I ordered π©π©π©π©I was so annoyed and I couldn't go back because I am I Norkem Park. The ladies the are confused by crowd and when you want to clarify your order they get irritated hence they give you a the wrong order. How many get this kind of experience πππ
I got into a Smeg kettle competition and paid R60 for it but on Sunday 4th Feb I found out that they debitet R291.71 from my account which I don't know what is it for. Please ppl stay away from Rollmoon.com it is a ****.
Guys for the second time I went to Makro Germiston to buy groceries and I bought Oxtail meat only to find that it is rotten. I bought it in December I wanted to cook it for my mom and I had to take it back to Makro it was rotten with that bad smell. Really don't what is happening in Makro but it a disgrace.
I submitted a claim on 25 July for my window screen. Till today the car is not foxed and when i call the sub contractor who was supposed to fix my car they said the claim was cancelled becaus i was not comptehansively covered wich was not true. Then i called yheir claim department to check my insirance we found that the claim was comptehansive them we re-claimed on. 08 Aug then on 12 Aug I valled to follow up and i discovered that is was cancelled again this time no reasons I am now very frustrated because I work.nightshifs and with a damaged winds reem which pose danger to me and the traffic officers are going to my case about it
My Dad passed away and I put a claim from the mentioned company. 1st I call on Thursday 3 to put a claim, the lady told me that I do not need to fill in the form that is put on their MiwayLife website she will put it. The on Friday i got an email that i have to put email that complete form. The form not that complecated to fill but I called to find out if I understand the form correctly. I wanted help with the form, Unfortunately a guy who was helping me with the form does not undestand it and secondly he was playing music in the background he couldn't even understand what i am saying to him. i have never experience such disrepect at the same time i am trying to organise everything for my Dad to be buried with dignity Currenlty i am very depressed I will use other policies to bury my father and I really needed help why mara other people are so inconsiderate. I called them to tell Nosipho Ngwenya which is the consultant who send me the form to call me. I called @9:00 am and @13:00pm untill 14:30pm i am still waiting for Nosipho to call me I even doubt that they told her but i also sent her and email still did not get any call from Nosipho Really guy why Miway is doing this to me
