I app**** Online for Vuma fiber last week Tuesday the 25th of November 2025, paid in full their subscription fee, they sent their technicians the next day, Wednesday. The Wi-Fi router was installed without any password given to me as a client, till today I have not received the service I have paid for. I tried calling them through their Call Centre, all what they keep telling me is that they will send the technician to sort out my problem. This is total ******* and unacceptable, is it fair for me to pay for service and not get it?
I have a 17 years old son who has recently matriculated in 2024, he got 2 distinctions, 5 level 6s and only one level 5. I app**** on his behalf at University Of Johannesburg for Admission in 2026, to study towards a BComm In Accounting. My son got distinction in Accounting and Mathematics Literacy. To my surprise I received a letter of rejection from University Of Johannesburg, their reason is he does not meet entry requirements for UJ. I think my son has worked so hard to attain such very good results in Matric and I am so confused, what is the entry requirement for one to be accepted in UJ. I feel my son is so unfairly treated, or perhaps there is something very odd going on in Institutions Of High Learning. I am so deeply hurt, confused I haven't even told my son that he has been rejected. Please Help
About 3 weeks ago I went to Department of Home Affairs to apply for I. D document on behalf of my 17 year old son who is Matric. What a horrible experience. I had to wait for service for over 6 hours, this was despite the fact that I had booked Online for an appointment. Their system went off line for 3 times, while I was there. As if that was not enough, today I went to collect my sons ID and had to wait outside their offices fir 4 hours. That's the worse service ever. What happened to Batho Pele Principles? Our government department are so poorly managed and failing to render the service they stand for, it's a shame.
Once again I have been overcharged on my Dstv monthly subscription fee, I have checked my account balance and I'm expected to pay R743, 00 instead of R540+, can I please have someone who is in his /sober senses from Dstv/Multichoice to resolve this matter.
I came to Clicks Westgate Mall for my 2nd Jab last Friday the 8th of October 2021,as I vaccinated on this Pharmacy.I was told that the Covid-19 vaccine is out of stock, I returned home. I then came back on Monday the 11th of October 2021 and received a shock of my life, I was told there is no Nursing sister to vaccinate a group of about 30 people who were eagerly waiting for vaccination. I started to be more concerned now, I still came back this morning and there is loadshedding and notice has been issued by Clicks staff that we can only be vaccinated at 12:00pm. Are we supposed to suff like this to get Covid-19 Vaccine? My greatest concern is that a call has been made by the President for all of us to get Covid-19 vaccine.
I am a Dstv Compact Subscriber and I have been with Dstv for over 9 years. Everything has been going well until last month September 2021 when Dstv/Multichoice wrongly billed me. I normally pay R560+ on my monthly subscription fee, to my surprise last month I was billed R743 and all my attempts to try and resolve the issue were unsuccessful and I must say Dstv is not very good at resolving anything they are only good at receiving the money from their clients. I paid the money even though I was not happy with my monthly bill because they were going to cut my Dstv subscription and would be liable for a reconnection fee.
I applied for a Fied Supervisor position for the HSRC GBV research project which was scheduled for 12 months, I was shortlisted, Interviewed and I was promised to start training in July 2021, then Lockdown Level 4 happened, the training was postponed till further notice, to my surprise the Field Training started on the 23rd of August 2021 and I was conveniently not informed so I would like to caution job-seekers out there about this organization, perhaps some people were left out for this Field Training after being interviewed and promised a job during these difficult moment in the job market.
I was at SARS Dube branch in Soweto to register my child for Tax Ref. number, and I cannot believe the level of incompetence the branch manager(Collin Khorombi) was. He told me that I cannot register my child because I had an abridged birth certificate, his reasons was my child birth certificate does not indicate that I am the real father of the child, this despite the fact that I was with my son and we bear the very same surname. We argued, and I left for SARS Orlando Power Branch, the Receptionist was very professional and she just told me that SARS do not do that in the branch and I can only do it via Efilling and within 30 minutes of registering I had everything,I wanted. SARS,please hire people who knows what they are doing.
I have applied for a vehicle loan and was approved by some dodgy financial service provider called Tribal Loans Finance for a R60,000 for a 36 months loan term, and I was asked to deposit R2,497,45 upfront and that is why I started to raise my eye brows. I investigated this Financial Service Provider and I discovered that they are nothing but fraud, one of their representative who referred herself as Thandeka after our hectic confrontation she dropped the call on me and swore at me "I will take your things and make fraud **** you....? That was after I told her that I was not going to pay any upfront fees and I was going to expose them for the Fraudsters they are. Fellow South Africans be Vigilant of this Criminals!!!!
I signed up for a Sim only contract with this service provider, but I was really not aware that I am signing up with people who do not take my business seriously. Initially to set my APN was a nightmare, in a way that I had to set it up after 20 days after I had received the Sim and now it is the data I have not got my Data for the month of October 2020 and they telling me to reset my APN which actually means each and every month I have to reset my APN, I would like to warn all potential customers who are keen to do business that, they must do it at their own risk.
