2nd vehicle that i buy and not the extras you pay for not there. They sell you a spare wheel lock then it is not fitted. After taking it it back they take the car in then disappear on lunch making me wait for more than an hour.
Worst casualy ward at Linmed by far. Front staff is unprofessional The so called health and medical professionals have a no care attitude No control while my son got examined another patient just walks in even though the curtain is closed, then only to find out the front staff told her to fetch something. The casualty ward wasnt even busy at we waited for 2 hours plus before helped. The staff only got excited when it was shift change Laughing talking loudly in the casualty ward Just plain ***********
Swimming pools dirty. The one for the kids with the slides was brown, the river water is cleaner. ***iebos en grass over growing the gardens. shop mostly closed and everytime you need to go to reception to ask for it to be opened, with kids this is an issue. shop had very little stock. Not even milk we arrived Thursday the braais were not cleaned until Saturday, previous campers bones and pieces pf meat were still in the braais. Restaurant menu is poor, Abduls corner cafe has more variety. a place with such beauty and potential but needs different management. Waiter at restaurant was very helpfull and friendly. The staff at reception is unprofessional and grumpy first and last time unfortunately
They have very good sales staff but that's where it ends. After purchasing my new Karoo Dawn, i was happy at first but quickly realized that its all smoke and mirrors. With 60kms (that's right not even a 100kms) on the clock I had to return the vehicle as the 12v front socket did not work. After the technician did his inspection it was a a small fault (loose wire connection). Within 4 days i got my vehicle (which is not bad). The with 2500kms on the clock I realized that the two headlights look different, and so it was. Initially i thought the LED strip did not work on the one, but once i took the vehicle in they told me that the one headlight is for a S4 and the the other one is for a S11 (which is correct). Almost 3 weeks later , After numerous calls speaking to different people including the foreman they don't have any feedback. I left countless messages and nobody seems to know whats going on. Is is that difficult to order one headlight? With these two issues above it seems the vehicles don't get a final check prior to delivery to the customer. Does the technicians , assembly division know the parts to their own products? Doesn't seem so. If their mentality change Mahindra will do extremely well in SA. Every person i know that drives a Mahindra has been in back to the dealership with some sort of issue, albeit small issues but the biggest disappointment is the after sales services a customer receives.
We have been members for more than 30 years. When we call to make a booking they have never availability at the resorts / places we want to go. They also push for you to go to places where you have been multiple times and places that's not really up to standard etc. We have tried making bookings months in advance. My points are accumulating as we cant use it due to their unavailability. If you want to cancel you either pay R14000+ or you need to pay the levy for a year and cancel only in Dec 2025. To be honest there is a special place for these kind of people.
Its such a wonderfull store In Boksburg but their customer service is typical africa standard *********** and poor. After spending R20k with them on one day they cant stick to their promise of delivery 4 days later. They dont even have the decency to contact you to inform you they cant deliver. After calling them their agents seems they dont know what they doing saying they will investigate but doesnt come back to you. They have all these (approx 10) till points but on a Saturday or Sunday (where common sense will tell you thats its their busiest times of the week) they have 2 cashiers working. Sorry but tomorrow i am coming there to get my R20k refund and go spend it somewhere where they would appreciate my business.
Bought a car Oct 17. After 3 months the car started to uses excessive oil and after 6 months Audi advised the piston rings are worn. Yet this car was sold to me as fully serviced history and nothing was wrong with it. My trade in i had to drop with R20k because of a faulty waterpump. these guys dishonest and does not have integrity
