Why do you keep on sending messages that my service has been suspended even if my account is up to date? I spoke to one of the consultants, but you still keep on sending me 10 plus messages per day stating my services has been suspended?? Now Evotel has sent me a message to say they are sad to see me go. What is going on with your systems and processes?? I want feedback before close of Business today and what is going on as this is ridiculous!
How is it possible that my bank can just reverse a payment made to me. When i phoned in to query this i was told that it takes 30 days for feedback on this query which is a ridiculous TAT! This is my money and has caused some of my payments not to go through on my bank account due to this. I have never ever heard of a bank reversing a payment that was made!!
And here we go again... Cell C didn't debit my account. Tried to reply to the email received from Subscriber Collections but their email address shows "couldn't be found"? If my line gets suspended again I am escalating this matter to the Ombudsman.
Cellc didn't debit my account as per our debit order agreement that has been running every month successfully except for this month and they can't give me a reason for this and now my line gets suspended???
I spent 1 1/2 hours holding for Sars and finally got to a consultant and asked if i could please change my cell number as there is no option to select your email address for the OTP. She advised that someone would phone me in 72 hours to assist me with this and took down my new cell number. It has been a week now and still no call?
And here we go again, my number is completely disabled. This is now the second time this is happening without any communication once again! And no you won't be able to get hold of me as you disabled my number so it states "the number you have dialed does not exist"! Please phone me on this alternative number - 082 367 6064.
Please urgently assist me as my number suddenly states that it doesn't exist on the network if someone tries to contact me?
Can someone please urgently give me a call on 0825697060 as my number is not recognised on any of the Vodacom platforms for assistance, i keep on getting a message that says i am not using a Vodacom number. Thanks
DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. Kevin you are the biggest ****mer ever! You promised me this is only a quote but went ahead and activated this "Debt review application" that was falsely done with 1 signature that you requested on a link with only a signature block showing and NO DOCUMENT DETAILS AT ALL which you stated is needed for the quote but this was in actual fact an application document and you went and copy and pasted my signature *****ULENTLY on all the other pages! This i only saw when i received an email the following day with the FULL DOCUMENT THAT I NEVER HAD SIGHT OF and you went ahead and app**** for Debt Review. I have escalated you to the NCR and hopefully your Company will be dealt with according to the NCR rules and regulations.
