I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the repeated failure of my delivery scheduled for the 18th. Despite receiving SMS notifications that the delivery had failed, I have not once been contacted by the driver to confirm or clarify my address. I have already called your customer service team five times, each time providing my full address and contact details due to “insufficient information” noted on your system. Yet, the delivery continues to fail without any attempt from the driver to reach me directly. This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of your service. I request immediate escalation of this matter. Please have the responsible branch contact me directly today to arrange urgent delivery of my order.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Empire Games. I initially purchased a game from your store which was defective upon arrival. After multiple attempts to reach your team, I was eventually issued a repaired unit — not a new replacement. Despite continued communication via calls and messages, I was repeatedly ignored until a representative named Marlin finally acknowledged the issue and agreed to facilitate an exchange. In an effort to get a response, I attempted to place a new order using a different number. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, I received a message accusing me of “*****ing the company.” This is not only false but deeply offensive. I am a paying customer who has been trying to resolve a legitimate issue for weeks. If anything, I feel that Empire Games is *****ing me — by selling a faulty product, delaying resolution, and then resorting to insults. This experience has been unacceptable. I expect: A full replacement with a new, working unit — not a repaired one.
I sustained a workplace injury in May and promptly filed an Injury on Duty (IOD) claim. However, I was not informed that the documentation needed to be submitted within a specific time frame. Unfortunately, my branch administrator was unfami**** with the correct submission process, which led to a delay. After following up with ER Consulting Management, I was told that the required documents should have been submitted within two days of the incident—information I was never given. Now, I’ve received a bill stating I’ve been handed over for R1300, which is not only unjust but deeply frustrating. I fail to see why I should be financially penalized due to the negligence and lack of communication from staff who are expected to guide patients through these procedures. This situation is unacceptable, and I believe it warrants immediate review and resolution
I purchased a game from empire games and it was not working, they exchanged it with a repaired unit and after numerous calls and messages a guy by the name of Marlin said he will do the exchange, So I tried ordering a new game from a differnt number to get their attention, the guy sends a message to say that I was *****ing the company. Empire gaming if *****ing us.
I am totally ****ed off with the pathetic service and feedback I have from Vodacom, I have been a loyal customer with you guys since 2010, but the last few months the service I have received is UNBELIEVABLE, and that is no compliment. My debit order went unpaid in April and May 2017, and I called the call center to cancel my debit only then I was informed about penalty fees, which I was not aware of, at no time during my inception of contract was I informed of this charge. I have logged a query with the call center on NUMEROUS occasions but received no joy, every month I have to waste my time phoning you guys to reactivate my line and endure further charges for reconnection fee, the last incompetent staff I spoke to was Dezlyn who clearly needs training on client service. All I ask is that Vodacom provide me with a copy of the terms and conditions of my contract that they claim I have signed which states that I will be paying penalty fees,and I will gladly pay these fee but all you guys do is send me in circles, with no proof given to justified your claim. If I do not receive feedback I will be forced to take legal route.. THE FUTURE IS DEFINITELY NOT EXCITING WITH VODACOM!!!
