Efficient service from Manyane Reservations
This is specifically about the ladies at the "Reservations" office. I was struggling to change a booking through the useless travel agency I had used. Phoned the Manyane Resort Reservations and spoke to Dora who immediately agreed I could change my booking. She phoned me to follow up the next day when she had not received my email. She and her colleagues were super-friendly and efficient! Well done ladies. I hope to meet you when I come to Manyane later this year!

Useless service during a Covid pandemic!
Shocking lack of service, even when I threatened to give them a poor public review. I had to cancel/change a booking in the Pilansberg Nature Reserve when Gauteng was "locked down" due to Covid in July 2021. At first I was told there was no refund for cancelling. I then asked to exchange my dates. I was told they were getting no response from "the provide". Friends of mine with a similar booking (but a different travel agent) had a voucher within 24 hours! After waiting for a MONTH, I contacted Manyane Reservations directly and had a new booking woithin 24 hours too. ESky is apparently still "trying" to change my booking! DON'T risk booking a vacation with them!

Useless (non-existent service)!
Duratherm was contacted last Thursday (23rd May) by Standard Bank Insurance to come and assess and repair/replace a geyser under warranty. Six days later and I have heard nothing from them ,nor do they answer their phone. Useless service!

Great experience at Laurentina, Parkview
Authentic Portuguese cuisine, and Mozambican decor. Friendly staff, liv music on a weekend, lovely setting. We will be back!

Shocking service from claims department
Shocking Service for almost a week! We reported a burst geyser last Thursday (23 May) - still has not been replaced!!! A host of false promises and zero service delivery. Poor communication between claims department and home assistance. Very frustrated and ready to change insurer after this claim eventually gets settled! Pity I have to give them even one star rating .....
