DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! this is a well-orchestrated scam the portfolio and pictures used on this website I am certain they cannot produce a single item that's on the website it is evident from other reviews that they are getting the same service. have a look of the chairs I ordered vs what I received I would not purchase such chairs DO NOT FALL FOR THE POSITIVE REVIEWS THEY ARE PART OF THE SCAM. I had the chairs returned to their storage facility they do not have a show room whatsoever. I received an SMS and an email that a refund has been processed however I am not counting on it DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS to their account. they created fake accounts with positive reviews; you don't have shame. 21/06/07 - placed an order and got confirmation of the order 08/07/2021 - received the defective chairs completely different from what was shown on the website, I was in shock and distraught when I measured the chairs, they had incorrect dimensions and the design was completely different. I immediately notified Mr.Gumbi and forwarded him the pictures to date it has been back and forth with him and he is very rude. 28/07/2021 - Returned their dining chairs at my own expense because collection was not arranged. 30/07/2121 - received an email and SMS that a refund has been processed mind you I have not received proof of payment to support their alleged refund 03/08/2021 - no refund received 13/08/21 called accounts but call went through to one of their employees who dropped the call. 13:08 called back call was dropped 13:10 called Royal Palace back the same employee answered, and she said she will transfer the call to someone who will assist further call was dropped again. 13:12 called back and the line was not answered. 13:14 called back the line rang unanswered then dropped. 13:16 called back and spoke to the person they said they will transfer me to who said he was on lunch he just got back and advised the person I got through to is the one who works in accounts. got their link https://royalpalace.co.za/refund/ to request a refund however the web page returns; sent successfully then says; error form not summited. So now what Royal Palace is saying is; because I reviewed their company, I will not receive a refund they refer to their scam as section 6.4 of their Terms and Conditions which reads; 6.4 By engaging Royal palace or ordering from Royal palace you agree that you won’t engage in any negative commenting or reviews on any public platform that will negatively affect Royal palace brand and all its brands that may results in your orders and services being suspended or terminated without refund, depending on the severity and circumstances of the incident(s), and may also be regarded as a breach of this agreement. All payments, exchanges or refunds may be permanently stopped or paused until the negative comment/s or negative review/s withdrawn depending the severity and circumstances of the incident(s) at Royal palace’s discretion. - THIS WAS NOT ON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN I MADE A PURCHASE ONLINE IT WAS AFTERMATH FOLLOWING THE BAD EXPERIENCE THAT I NOTIFIED ROYAL PALACE OF, WE HAVE ALL HAD WITH Royal Palace. This is illegal, my review is truthful factual, and I have attached pictures as proof that I am not making false accusations. I want my money all of it R5980.00 which was paid into your account on the 21st of June 2021. 16/08/2021 - Called Royal Palace spoke to a consultant and like all the other days it was a waste of time got 0115681700 to call for assistance however the number does not exist. - after a lengthy process spoke to Royal palace and they confirmed a refund will be processed Today to expect payment during the day or Tomorrow. 17/08/2021 - no refund and no communication 18/08/2021 - follow up and was told to remove the google review if I want my money the audacity is shocking!. Their T's and C's for a full refund is just another tactic pathetic to say the least. 08/09/2021- no communication no refund
I purchased a SMEG kettle in August 2020 and had only been using it from January 2021. Two weeks ago I noticed that the top of my kettle where the lid and the base of the kettle meet was starting to lift I think it was not sealed properly at production so water had sipped through the paint it worried me for some time. on the 12th September 2021 I made contact with SMEG SA and advised them of my issue. I got the best service ever ! they responded within a few minutes of my correspondence and I was advised to bring my kettle along with the invoice to SMEG Unit 1 Linbro logistics park no 1, 1st avenue Linbro park. I was recieved by Nishelle a very lovely lady she did the paperwork for me and her assistance was prompt I left the premises with a brand new kettle I was as excited as I was the 1st time I received my Kettle. I asked if this was a common issue, and Nishelle nicely explained that it might have been the batch which had issues. Mind you I had purchased the appliance on Take A lot and that was not an issue at all I had my invoice. What Nishelle said; our customers are our priority and indeed they made me a priority that stood out to me. Keep up the great work !! Nishelle is an asset to your company a very lovely experience 10/10 from me. I love the premium appliances.
I would like to take this moment and thank KFC in Roodepoort CBD for a world class service that they provide on every occasion I have visited the store. The food is always fresh and the staff members are friendly however you will gat that one rotten potato but overall I am a satisfied customer. Keep up the great work.

Ordered with Makro on the 27th of November 2019 to this date I still have not received my parcel to date 17th December 2019. I have been in contact with their customer service which is not very helpful the information they gave to me is exactly what I am seeing on their website, no follow up absolutely nothing.
They blacklisted me without my knowledge or attempt to contact me I did not even sign up with them I went for a tour in their gym with one of their consultants he said I must leave my contact details and I.D number and I will come back when I am ready for a membership. suddenly I have a default with Trans Union I have never went back to that gym ever the one in bara they are crooks scamming people I tried getting hold of them but I am not able to do so as I am not getting assistance.
