Private Client Secure Chat is my favorite on opposite day: If you want to experience the worst customer service channel, try FNB's secure chat. Not only will you be transferred like a hot potato, you will also have to repeat yourself over and over to humans trained by bots it seems. As a bonus, your issue wont get looked at for 30 days, and escalated or simply not logged at all, meaning you must wait another 2 days for feedback, which never happens. A *****ulent transaction was picked up on my account, FNB picked it up.... 5 Stars. Then I logged the issue, twice. I was told the transaction was declined and will be reversed...... 30 Days later (Spongebob's narrator's voice)......... I followed up and they didnt even look at the case, then told me they will escalate it and I must wait two more days. Multiple times the agents cant even English deliciously, so they dont understand me or they say some weird Sh!%. Also they just end the chat on free will. 1. The lesson here is, the bots in the system are more useful 2. You only have like 3min to respond after hopping between agents for like 10min 3. You are not important or valued as a customer, unless you love poor customer service then you are a God. 4. Agent talk like bots, I had to ask if im talking to a bot...lol. 5. I have at least 15 things to mention, but ill just stop at 4. Either the channel manager must get fired or they need to up your game. Go learn some customer service from companies like Afrihost or DSL Telecom or from somewhere thats not this bad at customer service. The Post office has better customer service....yes I said it, THE PO provides better customer service.... and they only communicate via email...#1990's mode. Sellers have free reign to rob you. I paid for an item on the platform, just for the seller to send me a mail demanding inflated shipping fees. I then indicated that I did not like the shopping experience and demanded a refund, the seller refuses to even respond to my request after giving me attitude. Worst online shopping experience ever, not seamless, very slow and poor customer orientation.
I bought a Golf SV 2016 in 2017 with 60k km on the clock. The paint on the bonnet and front bumper only is completely faded, after I was told the car is basically new and had never been in an accident at the time of purchase. Deeper inspection revealed that the bonnet was resprayed, there is still primer exposed on the inside. I was completely ripped off by Barons Cape Town, and was rudely told that the branch isn't a auto body works center. I am Very upset with this blatant rip-off, it not like its a cheap car or an old car. Selling such expensive cars with such poor paint work is highly unethical, considering the price and with only financial gain in mind, whereas I want to vomit every time I see the paintwork.
Poor food quality, poor service, rude waiters and managers. Bad customer service and attention to detail. STAY AWAY!!
Bad, waiting for two months already for my goods. I get spammed a few times a day, but nothing about my order. My order consisted of about 6 items, only two items arrived and packaged horribly. One electrical component was wrapped in a normal shopping packet, not cool Wish! I wish I didn't waste my money like this.
