I pay my phone contract debt every month and every month i am send a statement from a gmail account my balance does not go down every month i receive a statement of an amount of R26 k i have been paying R500 for over a year i called telkom and they cannot confirm that this is my account or any connection to this company

Motivation
I have been in debt after loosing my job my car and most of my assets ive worked hard for i am still in debt and barely surviving i received an email from fnb promoting that you could win a 2024 polo life tsi and i just want to say these type of things motivate me to pay my debt on a regular basis so thank you fnb it gives much hope 🙏🏻

i just recently lost my job and the box fashion debited me twice when i called to cancel my subscription and asked to be refunded as i am not using their services or have any of their products in months who gives them the right to keep my money that is supposed to feed my children now if i knew you were crooks id never join and ive been with the box fashion for a few years i would ask each and every girl i know to cancel their memberships this is wrong !!!!!

Refusing my Refund due to a mistake
I signed up on a free beauty Course with shaw academy when i was online a pop up came on my screen and i accidently clicked on it and my bank account was debited TWICE and now they are refusing to refund me after i emailed their billing department and spoke to a agent, telling them i am no longer interested. i am very unhappy with this and this is the reason i will not reffer their institute to anyone i know 499 rand was deducted twice from my account
