If I had an option to give 0 star I would. Do not be fooled by the good ratings on hello Peter, they are cooked. I fell in the same trap until I noticed one of the ratings are given by Thulani who is the owner’s friend.I had the worst experience with this company the owner is dishonest, they will keep making false promises. Started the process 3 months ago with a promise of 7 days delivery initially. I still don’t have my documents. Don’t fall in the same trap. They are rude, unprofessional and have no regard for other people they just don’t care as long as their pockets are full that’s fine.
I’m in a process of applying for a home loan and a the application is at a standstill because of Experian. All credit bureaus my credit information checks out and is on point except for them. I lodged a dispute which they took forever to respond to, the call center goes unanswered they are just a nightmare to work with. What puzzles me is why are they the only ones that have outdated information since with all other credit bureaus my information was okay. Very frustrating…
I am extremely upset with the delivery team and takealot. My delivery was to be delivered on 27th of November. The driver arrived with missing items then said he will enquire at the office until after 15:00 I called back because I was waiting at school way past my knock off time. He said he still doesn’t have any feedback he told me to leave the school he will deliver at my home he will call once he has the complete parcel. He called just after 16:00 asking if I’ve left the school my work place then I said yes, he then said he will call me when he is in his way with the delivery. There was not delivery on that day, then I got an sms from superbalist that my order is rescheduled to Monday 30 November, o waited on Monday ( my orders usually come before 10:00 so I was sure this will still be the case) ,I complained to the superbalist team that initially my order had incomplete items so asked what is happening, I was told to wait for the order until 17:00 pm. I waited for nothing because no delivery came, I went on to Twitter to complain again they told me drivers are all working tirelessly to make sure all deliveries are fulfilled, I guess that applied to everyone but me. The driver called at 19:41 I told him that is my work address I can’t be at work around that time he the. Promised to deliver the order before 10:00 the next day 1 December. I called the driver after 14:00 he said he no longer had my parcel it must be given to someone else. I took this up to Twitter again, I was assured that by 17:00 I would have received it but still. This time no driver called I reported to superbalist and I was told my order will be cancelled because the drivers failed to reach me, I didn’t understand how the drivers failed to reach me when I had no missed call, the first attempt there was missing items the the second the driver called after 17:00 3rd attempt I received no call. I feel this was an unfair cancellation to my order #**********, I was very upset because my delivery was handled by different people on all those two occasions so I didn’t know who to follow up with. I made attempts to reinstate my order and this was denied I don’t know on what grounds because drivers failed to deliver on their own account it was not my fault. Those were my son’s items which were much anticipated at a bargain because they were sale item. I complained to superbalist how this is an unfair cancellation but it just shows they have no regard for their customers as for takealot their drivers were unprofessional on not following up on the matter especially the first driver with missing item. I want my order as it was placed not a refund.

There people are so annoying. I payed my absa account and closed it 2 months ago but they still sending me messages to pay. I called the call centre which you need to wait about 5 minutes before a consultant is allocated. I explained that I payed, I was then instructed to send proof via email. It's been a month now and they didn't even bother to respond to the email, yet I still get those annoying messages. Why don't they call or something. What kind of unprofessionalism is this.
We started with debtsafe in Feb 2018,all things seemed promising until now in May 2018 as we are threatened by the home loan services that as far as they know we are not on debt review because they had not agreed to any negotiations with debtsafe and they are failing to reach them any how. I thought this is one of the debtors strategies to get me to pay directly to them only to find that even to me they are not responding, the receptionist keeps saying my relationship manager Jibsy is off sick yet she keeps on putting me through to her office knowing the phone will ring to no avail. I'm faced with an urgent matter yet am not taken seriously as the home Loan services want me to make a payment arrangement or lose the house, how do I even make a decision when these people are not answering. they promised to be with us all the way but we feel alone and let down by debtsafe. If someone is off sick shouldn't there be someone in place to help with urgent matters like these. The gentleman from the home loan services even called on my behalf with me on the line asking to be out through to the legal department yet there was no conclusion to the matter it took about 7 minutes for the phone to be answered, yet in the first two months the relationship manager Jibsy would just call to check on us ,now none of that happens. I wrote a number of emails of complaints and got two responses yet those people don't even bother to call back. Right now I don't even know what to do an just devastated at the thought of losing our house.
