I have no prior payroll experience and learning how to use Payspace was easy with the help of their consultants and very helpful agents/ support service. They assist quickly and is patient with "us" who are learning as we go on.
Debonairs Kraaifontein (Brighton Road). What disappointing service. They don't read what you place on the order, clearly stating we don't want tomatoes on our pizzas, yet every time we get our order there's tomatoes on. When we call them they don't answer. Poor customer service. Oh and the tripple decker hardly has any filling/toppings and we ordered 2 every time. What a waste of money.
Worst customer service ever, with incompetent staff. Phoned Checkers Hyper outside Somerset Mall to find out if they still have stock of a certain microwave. First they transferred me to the department where the microwaves are and no one answered. I phoned back to be transferred again, no answer. I asked the lady answering the main phone to speak to the manager.. She said she will transfer me... Again no answer. I phone again they lick up the phone they don't speak but yet I can hear everything going on in the background--no one answers when I speak and the phone call gets dropped.. I tried to phone again, phone is blocked. How lazy and incompetent can you be. Seriously worst place.. Will not even bother going there if the telephone service is this bad, I don't even want to know how bad the service on the floors and behind the tills are.
KFC Kraaifontein has the worst customer service as well as the dumbest drive through design. Not only do you have to drive around the whole building twice to place an order and to pay and collect your order, they also have the most incompetent staff. Everytime we have been there we got horrible service. Will never go there again!!
Worst service ever. Will never order from Dominoes Pizza, Blue Downs in Eerste River. After waiting almost an hour for our pizzas (which should take 15minutes max)... I called them to find out where my pizzas are. They tell me according to their system it has been delivered.. Which wasn't the case... So they put me through to customer service and tell me they will find out what's going on. They phone me back giving some lame story and that a driver is bringing our order. Then another half hour goes by for the order to be delivered. So finally after this half hour they bring look warm pizzas. And mind you.. Not even the correct order..Horrible horrible service. Will never use this horrible place again. Horrible service.
Really disappointed in the quality of goods sold at Wimpy Engen on the N1 inbound (towards Cape Town). Just paid almost R60 for two watered down coffees at this place. You should be ashamed of yourselves for that price and we get that horrible coffee. If it was possible to turn around on the N1 to go back to the Engen we would have so we could take it back and get our money back.
