Good day Kindly note i have decided to report lime loans for the misleading information which I believe is theft under false pretence in December 2025 I have received a call from lime loans which was recorded advising me I have a settlement discount and I was advised I can pay R909 to settle my loan I did not have the money at the time so I couldn’t pay however towards the end of December 2025 and beginning of January 2026 I have been receiving messages about the R909 I have to pay to settle my loan I did not have a problem with that then on the 20th I went to the website where I downloaded a settlement quotation advising how much I should pay and that it is valid till when I then decided to pay however the system took more that what was required then now I am being told I still have to pay the R909 to settle the account which now the total amount you are now advising is more that what was advised to me I believe I was mislead and because the system took more than what was agreed on money has been ****** from my account I tried calling numerous times and sent multiple emails however no respond so I am considering escalating the matter to the higher up i can see there are many reviews regarding this matter if possible because please contact me so that we can have a strong case against this together we can
i regret ever buying from sleepmasters i bought 2 single beds in Alberton on the 15th of December 2025 they got an SMS saying i have to be home on the 22nd to wait for the beds i stayed the whole day canceled my plans mind due i was suppose to be preparing for Christmas with my family they never came and no communication or what so ever tot they would come the following day but still nothing and no communication i then went to the store and was advised my delivery will come on the 24th of December 2025 then i waited still got a very rude driver even have recordings of the call where my husband and i were insulted for asking the driver to call us when he is around as we are not at home preparing for Christmas i have never felt so humiliated so little and insulted in my life the driver ended up coming around 17h00pm after we have begged and tried reasoning with him above that he even blocked us saying we are irritating him called the store and was told there is nothing that can be done i then kept quite and as late as it was i went along to prepare for my families Christmas the driver then took the beds back i was then told they will be delivered the following week on the 29th been waiting since today its the 09th of January the following year 2026 still nothing the schools are about to open kids are coming back they don't even have beds when i cancel the order i am told it will take 14 working day i honestly feel ****med and helpless
we busy complaining that Pakistan's are killing us with rotten food and all but what about big franchiser's we trust and support in south Africa i honestly feel dissapointed seeing that this has been going on and im not the only client who has complained about Store: Brackengate -superspar selling rotten food and funny enough they don't even care the manager there Antonio is so rude and doesn't even consider the customers if you look closely I'm not the only client complaining about this franchiser's rotten food and I'm sure this has been going on for years and they still proceeding as if nothing is wrong my child is vomiting as im typing this due to the food she ate from this franchiser and guess what because i dont have a voice this will also happen to someone else and what if you wont even be lucky
wow im really shocked by the service i recieved from capitec Hlahatsi mall in katlehong honestly i had a really bad reputation when it came to debts and all even went on debt review was trying my luck wanted to buy a car and decided to go to capitec where i was assisted by a consultant named Tisetso i have worked for financial institutions and all but for the 1st time im also able to seek for financial advise from another consultant big up to Hlahatsi mall and their staff its been months now and im really happy the advise i was given really is helping me thank you Capitec
I WRITE THIS ON HELLO PETER I FEEL SO POWERLESS LOST AND I REALLY DONT KNOW WHERE TO GO OR WHAT TO DO MY HEART IS REALLY BROKEN ..... IN MARCH THIS YEAR I WAS APPROVED FOR FURNITURE WITH OK AND TOOK A PLASMA TV FRIDGE ,MICROWAVE AND A SOUND BAR THE TV I GOT WAS A DISPLAY AT THE STORE AND HAS BEEN GIVING ME PROBLEMS I THEN WENT TO THE STORE AND TOLD THEM WHATS HAPPENING AND THEY TOOK THE TV FOR REPAIRS AFTER A COUBLE OF WEEKS THEY CAME BACK AND TOLD ME THEY CANT FIX BUT WILL REPLACE IT I HAD NO PROBLEM I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE STORE WASTING MY PETROL TO GO TO SAMNTULI TO HAVE THIS ISSUE RESOLVED BUT NOTHING FINALLY AFTER WEEKS OF NAGGING ETC I WENT TO THE STORE AGAIN AND DEMANDED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER THEY THEN ADVISED I SHOULD SENT MY BANK STATEMENTS ,ID COPY AND PAYSLIPS I AKSED WHY ARE THEY GOING TO DO A CFREDIT CHECK ON MY NAME AND ALL AND THEY SAID NO I TOLD THEM SPECIFICALLY THAT I AM IN A PROCESS OF APPLYING FOR A HOME LOAN AND CANT JERPODISE THAT IF THEY WILL BE DOING ANYTHING TO MY CREDIT PORTFOLIO WED RATHER CANCEL THE PROCESS BUT THEY ASSURED ME AND TOLD ME NOTHING WILL HAPPEN FEW DAYS LATER I GET NOTIFICATION THAT A CREDIT ENQUIRY HAS BEEN DONE ON MY NAME 16 POINTS FROM MY CREDIT SCORE DROPPED MY HOME LOAN APPLICATION DECLINED GUESS WHAT EVEN THE OK CREDIT CHECK WHICH WAS DONE ALSO DECLINED SO NOW IT HAS BEEN A MONTH WITHOUT A TV AND THEY ARE EXPECTING ME TO PAY FOR IT BUT HONESTLY WHAT AM I PAYING FOR I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED IN RAIMBOW FINANCE AND OK FORNITURE

yesterday around 12h00pm or something i went to checkers at bracken gardens to buy meat as i was having a guest over only to find out when i got home the meat is green in colour and it smells like a dead rat i tried contacting them and spoke to 1 rude lady there who advised there's noting they can do as they are closed then hung up i tried calling back as they didn't pick up or anything i was SOOO disappointed with their service as i couldn't understand why do they even have rotten meat to sell to customers cause i was desperate i then called checkers in bracken city to seek for assistance i spoke to a lady called Rebone who tried her best to assist me thou the fault wasn't hers i then had to spend more than the value of the meat to drive to bracken city as i got there they couldn't even open the plastic as the meat was green in colour and smelled very awful im very disappointed with the service i got from checkers bracken gardens and the rude staff above all spending more than the value of the meat i bought for their mistake im really disappointed with checkers be careful before buying things there
i had a complain at adidas were i felt i was unfairly treated being honest i wanted nothing to do with adidas anymore as i couldn't understand why i was getting the treatment coz im a loyal client to their brand on the 7th of February 2022 i tried seeking for assistance with regards to this matter and was advised they will escalate to the relevant party and call me back today 1st call i received was from adidas where they offered me assistance and gave me a gift voucher to spend of up to R1000 im really happy on how the matter was handled im also grateful a special thanks to Mr Gavin Jackson who went out of his way to make sure i am assisted aswell as the workers at adidas mall of the south who were very kind and accommodative im really happy with adidas they are the best
I'm very much disappointed with adidas especially the guys at Vaal mall on the 31st my husband bought me and the kids outfits at mall of the south as he knows I was a fan of adidas brand even the staff by Vaal mall or mall of the south know I always buy there so when my husband got back home it was already late the dress didn't fit me so I had to organize something to wear as we were having a gathering by my mothers place at Vaal on the same day so on Monday the 3rd of January I woke up in the morning and went to Vaal mall for an exchange I couldn't take another outfit as I already bought so I decided to take sneakers for my child then to up with whatever amount needed they advised they don't have any sneakers available at size 12 I then asked when maybe will they have stock the said they don't know I then asked for refund and they told me they don't have any cash I should come back and check I didn't have any problem as I was in Vaal that particular time so a week went by I've been going in the shop to check if they now have sneakers or cash but nothing because I'm a fan of adidas I was willing to take any sneaker available size 12 at any amount but there was no stock on the 15th of January I went again gave them my numbers and asked them to let me know when they have sneakers or cash they said they will advise they have been quite i had to call again on the 31 as I saw the goods bought exceeded the 30 days rule of refund or exchange then asked what's going on they told me not to worry as they have everything under control I went in again on the 4th of FEBRUARY spending money to find out what was happening they advised they still dont have cash and sneakers at size 12 i should come again tomorrow when i got there they told me i should go to mall of the south for refund they dont have sneakers aswell at size 12 im very much disappointed with adidas they were suppose to be honest with me from the word go the 30 days rule of exchange or refund has passed ive been wasting my petrol airtime and energy trying to patient and compromising im very much disappointed i cant believe a brand i once loved has cost me and disappointed me in this way I'm truly and deeply hurt as I'm writing this im really hurt as im sitting with a dress i cant even wear due to size ive spent so much going there as they kept promising me theres hope but they knew very well i wasnt going to get assisted im very much disappointed with adidas
i was at the absa branch in Brackenhurst on the 24th of December 2021 i just got out of debt review and when i got there Mosa Ndala the consultant who assisted me taught me a lot about credit how to deal with it and to build up my credit portfolio thank you very much absa really appreciate the help I've received from you
