From the moment I walked in, I received nothing short of VIP treatment! The team at Mazda truly knows the meaning of excellent customer service — friendly faces, clear communication, and genuine care throughout the entire process. Whether it was the warm welcome at reception, the knowledgeable consultants, or the quick and efficient service team, every detail was handled with professionalism and a smile. They kept me informed, respected my time, and even threw in a few laughs — which made the whole experience surprisingly enjoyable! On the 25th of February I took a contract and of R750 an iPhone 12. To my surprise, this month I was debited R3898.89 without my consent. I called in and I was told I had a spend limit, how? When I asked that my contract be capped. I was unaware of a spend limit and I want my money back. I was then given a ref number which is MTN REF1-4831408158. I called in at the MTN Menlyn store and I was advised that the consultant that assisted would call in 10 minutes its been 4 days now. I haven’t received an SMS and I was promised that I would get feedback within 24-48 hours after receiving the reference number , it’s been 5 days now. I must say the service is appalling. This is robbery at broad daylight. I would want my money reimbursed as soon as possible. A favourable response would be appreciated.
Great service! Great customer experience! Lechaan is amazing and a great Gem to the company. The small signage problem I had was fixed without any hassles. Adri and the team are excellent when it comes to customer service!
What bad service is this??? It’s been 2hrs and 26mins and I haven’t received my order. I ordered Nandos earlier this evening and I still haven’t received my food. I had to call about 3times and still no food. I called the Menlyn services and I live 8min away from Menlyn. I’m so disappointed, I’ve been using this service but today was just extremely bad delivery service.
