Trying to cancel a Telkom account is an absolute nightmare. Their phone system is unbelievably frustrating. I spent over 20 minutes navigating their endless automated menu, only to never actually reach a person. Every option just loops you through more recorded messages and transfers, but you never get any real help. If a company makes it this difficult just to cancel a service, it feels very intentional. Customers should not have to waste this much time just trying to speak to someone. After sitting on their automated system for so long with no answer, I eventually just gave up. Very poor customer service and an extremely frustrating experience. Canceling a simple account should not be this hard.
I had a great experience with Mini Move Specialists. They wrapped and packed everything with care, worked fast and efficiently, and made the whole move a really nice experience. Highly recommended!
Wise Move made finding a moving company very easy. There were lots of choices across a wide price range, and the process was impressively quick — I sent out a request on Sunday night, received around 10 responses, and had the move completed by Monday.
A small parcel has been sent from 'Pretoria' to me in 'Johannesburg'. That was 5 days ago. I do not have the parcel YET. The whatsapp help line is not answered... These people are useless. I will never use them again.
I have just canceled my fiber line with WEBAFRICA and I will never use them again. There support is totally useless. They do not answer the phone. The whatsapp help line – does not help. Sending them an email – it show as pending there support system – but nothing ever goes done. For many years they used to one of the best ISPs in the country. Now they are one of the worst – stay away from them.
I ordered and paid for an Infrared Thermometer on there web site on the 23 March 2020. It is now the 28 May 2020 - I have not received my order.
On Saturday 25/10/2019 at +-11am I had the misfortune of going into CTM Centurion to pick up a few items. For the whole time I was in the store extremely loud music was played. It filet like I was in a nightclub. It was so loud that I could not communicate with the shop assistant. At one stage I had to screaming at the top of my voice so that she could hear me. I got everything I came for but I will never go into this shop again
