Vodacom is a ****, I had a contract with them and I cancelled it and paid the cancellation fee a month ago. Now they have sent me or but my name to legal debtor collector claiming that I have stopped paying my account. Causing me to have a bad credit score and when you call Vodacom they take you from pillar to post with no assistance. People please be warned do not take up a Vodacom contract
FedEx is a fraud company, it allows people to scams us. I was selling tyres on gumtree and this scammer saw my add and the use FedEx to try pay me. The FedEx company link was sent to me as way off making payments. The scammers sent the link I followed the link and I waited for the OTP pin so I can receive the money. The next see the FedEx company takes my money from my account so instead off putting the money in. People please be aware off the FedEx scammers out Please
On the 10 of October I placed an order with Uber eats . When the order arrived I paid the guy the full order amount only to find out when I got to my flat my order was already paid on my credit card. I called Uber to inform them that I had mistakenly paid twice for my order. To my surprise they were not much help basically the call center guys told me it’s my lose. The app never gave me any option to choose if I want to pay cash or credit for my meal and am used to paying cash. I will never use Uber eats again
Vodacom services are really really bad. For the past week I have been trying to cancel my contract and reduce the services that I “apparently” subscribed to but I have no success. Every time I call the the Vodacom call center at 082 135 I keep getting different people and they all claim that they can’t help me I must call customer care. So they put me on hold for minutes until the phone drops and some of this call agent are very rude. How am I suppose to get help or even end my contract if the call agents refuse to assist. Now my account is in arrears because I can’t get assistance, I even went to a Vodacom shop at the Groove mall they couldn’t even help me. They told me to call this number 082 135 the is nothing they can do for me. I’ve called this number a thousand time but still I have not received any assistance. It’s the beginning of the month again and they have charged me again on some more services I didn’t request... so what am I suppose to do now.... Vodacom provides a bad service for the clients I would not advice anyone to take up they contracts because the moment you want to leave they give you the run around and add unnecessary subscriptions to you account.
I order a watch from birthstone deals around about the 8th of August 2018. This was a watch meant as present of a friend off mine in October this year. Now it’s the 25 of November I still have not received my parcel. Everytime I contact them they keep telling me that my parcel is in Transit. My so called parcel has been in Transit since the 31 of August even today the parcel is still in Transit . The website promised that they will have the parcel delivery sent to the client within in 2-4weeks and if it’s outside the country it might take a little bit more longer. But it’s been more than 3 months now and My friend birthday has came gone now. So what must happen now ???? I asked bithstone deal for a refund because as to this day I stil have not received the parcel, they refused....they keep telling me that the the parcel is in Transit.... so how long is this parcel going to be in Transit????? Basically what am trying to tell the whole of South Africa is that DO NOT BUY FROM BIRTHSTONE DEALS.....it’s a SCAM.....
My mother shops at ackermans now and again, So sometime in 2013 she went to ackermans to do some shopping. She was addressed by one off ackermans representative who advised her about a funeral plan which ackermans has with Hollard. She joined the funeral cover and she has been paying it every month. Late April 2018 my father passed. On the 1st of May my mom went to ackermans to claim from the funeral cover, When she got to the shop one off the employees off ackermans made her wait for almost an hour, while they try to fined the claim forms. After an hour of waiting the ackermans employee came back and told her that they do not have the forms, ackermans is not responsible for funeral covers she needs to call Hollard herself and get the claim forms from them. But when she was joining they had all the paper works and she has been paying every month at ackermans, Now that she wants to claim they are not responsible. How is she suppose to grieve for her husband while she being made to go up and down just to get her money back. She took the number and then called Hollard. The number they gave her is a call center number, which means that they put you on hold for almost 30mins. In the meantime your airtime runs out while your stil on hold. Eventually when someone answers that person is not the right person to talk too, so they then transfer you to someone else and you hold again. When you eventually get the right person your airtime is finished and the call cuts before you can even explan your reason for calling them, the Hollard employee does not even call you back. you have to call then again and go through the whole process again. I then decided to help my mother because i could see that this whole process was starting to stress her and she old. I called Hollard i eventually got hold off one of they employee's "lloyd". I requested the claim forms, i filled them in sent all the relevant documentation required. The Hollard employee took the forms and sent them to be processed by Hollard. This whole process took about a month. When the results came out from Hollard they rejected our claim, reason being that my mother did not pay the last three months before my father passed. This is a lie because we have all the receipts from January until the passing of my father. I sent them the receipts as proof off payment. They refused to review our claim, they say that they have made they decision they will not pay us. This is how Hollard eatsS and makes money from people, i gave them the proof off payment but still they refuse to pay. Please citizens of South Africa DO NOT JOIN HOLLARD FUNERAL PLAN IT'S A SCAM. They will take your money and never pay you back. How many other people have they doen this too?
