I met with Hilton from EC on the 14th of October 2025 to conduct a site inspection he assured me that I will be hooked up by Friday 17th October 2025 with the current system I have installed the Monday I reached out to him because I hadn’t received a quote he then forwarded two quotes then technician was sent out to install after I paid for one of the quotes then technician then stated he can’t install because there isn’t enough zones the frustration is now sit with a problem I have paid the Branch manager Rudi was out to do a site inspection now has ghosted me I requested a cancellation numerous times to avail I received another quote yesterday I then rep**** to ask why am I being quoted again for labor as no work was carried out I have not received a response. This is alil bit of the round around I’m receiving from EC Security.
Terrible service bought a takkie mid July online wore the takkie once then eyelet by the laces tore. Called the call centre on the online number spoke to a gentleman can’t quite remember his name said he escalate and call me back of which he didn’t sent 2 email still haven’t received a reponse. Can someone please point me in the correct direction to get help. Thank you.
On the 13th of July 2023 and days leading up to it, I spoke to the client services team leader Achmat who assured me that he would investigate my concerns and revert back to me The last time we spoke he said I would be blocked from his email address etc etc. I am still awaiting feedback literally 10 days short of a month. Of which he said the investigation takes about 7 days or so and still nothing. I did try calling this morning 2023/04/08 although the phone just rings.

I have been trying for the last 3 months to change my address on my policy. I cant understand how the lady managed to get the change of banking but not the address. I have phoned almost every week to try resolve this matter still nothing i was even promised by the manager on Friday the 27/11/2020 that he will have an answer by 11 am still nothing it's the 01/12/20120 when i called this morning i was told he is in a meeting he will get back to me. Who pays for all the airtime Ive been using phoning week in week out trying to resolve this matter ? Yet if you miss a premium you wont be covered. Who do i speak ? How do i resolve this matter ?

MOST PATHETIC SERVICE AND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. This company actually puts you into more debt. The call centre agents have no idea about what they are doing neither does their team leader "apparently" he is unaware of my problem but I've spoken to him and been told by the call centre agent that its been escalated to him and he's been cc'd in emails. Apparently accounts "supposedly" get reviewed once a year according to the team leader only to find when you literally on verge of being paid up you owe the creditor more that what you took. Then you get told every excuse under the sun, but this was never communicated to you. Not forgetting they representing you, but its your job to contact your creditors. Never respond or get back to you apparently the Department lead will call I'm still waiting. Don't worry sir we will escalate the problem, they actually mean the amount owning will be escalated. When you receive your Hyphen statement balance on statement for the last 2 months are the same "sir that is not accurate ( this I understand) but the call centre agent tells you an amount less that what the statement says" Question? What systems are in place to monitor CLIENTS accounts etc GUESS ??? 0, nothing. Yes just pay forever. But get told when you call in I see you almost done sir. " We are still investigating sir, but this month's statement literally shows 20 times more that what was said to me by the call centre last month. How hard is it to handle 2 creditors on behalf of a client. Pathetic I tell you.
